I had booked a single ticket on 16th april via red bus platform for travelling from chennai to salem on 21st april (sunday) it was all good but suddenly it shows an error in the payment page my amount has been debited from my account but the ticket is not booked .kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I have also attached an payment proof below for the verification.
