I'm complaining about saree purchase online

I had purchased a saree vide order no. 13202215, which is very defective. While complaining to customer care they have asked to take a snap shot of the same saree and sent it in jpg format to them. My question is a person who is unable to do all this as she does not know what is jpg format or is not aware of how to sent the same by mobile, how will she do it? Only after the same is forwarded then only they will come up and pick up the order....

It the worst site for shopping. They send duplicate items.
They say it company product but it will be local product. Before you get know everything will be over . If ask for refund they will tell we will not refund you tell wherever you want.
