I have booked a complaint on 23.08.2016. But it is matter of worry that already 5 days crossed nobody is there to attend my complaint. Also several time i requested by using toll free no. Your call representative also gave assurance ... Technician will attend your complaint shortly...
Today i decided to drop reliance digital tv and will go for any other service provider.

    रिलायंस बिग टीवी का 2009 से ग्राहक हू पहले इसकी सर्विस बहूत अच्छी थी लेकिन बिग टीवी की सर्विस अब बहुत ही घटिया है मेरे पास दो कनेक्सन है बिग टीवी का मेरे आस पास कई लोगो के घर लगा है बिग टीवी और मेरे कई लोगो के जान पहचान में भी लगा है बिग टीवी जिसको मै सारे लोगो से बोल के बिग टीवी की जगह दुसरे कम्पनी का डिस लगवाऊंगा अपने पैसे से क्यों की इस कंपनी ने जितने भी टोलफ्री no दिए है सुविधा के लिए इनके वर्कर सिर्फ हम लोगो को गुमराह कर के पैसे लेते है मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा हुआ है मैंने एक शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी 20/08/2016 को शिकायत no[protected] अपने सेटपबॉक्स को लेके इनका टेकनिशियन आया और सेटप बाक्स बदल दिया उस नये सेटपबॉक्स को छूने से उसमे करेंट लग रही थी टेकनिसियन के सामने ही वो बोला अभी नया है सर ठीक हो जायेगा ये सेटपबॉक्स पुराना था रिलायंस के द्वरा रिपेयर किया गया है इस बात को उसने मुझे बताया और चला गया मेरे खाते से 400 रु काट लिया गया और मेरी सर्विस बंद कर दी गयी जो की तीन महीने के पैक लगा हुआ था मै 400 रु का फिर रिचार्ज किया और मेरे परिवार के कुछ लोगो को भी सेटबॉक्स छूने से करेंट लग गया और मैंने टीवी बंद कर दी उसके बाद मै 21 /08/ 2016 को फिर टोलफ्री no पे [protected] फोन किया और सारी बात से अवगत कराया और मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की गयी शिकायत no[protected] और बोला गया की सर आपकी प्रोब्लम 24 से 48 घंटे में ठीक कर दी जाएगी 48 घंटे हो जाने के बाद भी कुछ नहीं हुआ तो मै इनके सर्विस सेंटर गोरखपुर फोन किया वहा से मुझे बोला गया की अभी सेटबॉक्स नहीं है हमारे पास जब आएगा तो बदल दिया जायेगा मैंने पूछा कब तक तो मुझे बताया गया कोई गारंटी नहीं फिर मै टोलफ्री no पे शिकायत की तो वहा से बताया गया की सर आपकी प्रॉब्लम जल्द ठीक कर दी जाएगी और जितने दिन आपकी सर्विस बंद है आपको रिफंड दिया जायेगा 21 को दर्ज शिकायत इनका टेकनिसियन आया 25/08/2016 को और नया सेटपबॉक्स लगा दिया और चला गया फिर मेरे खाते से 400 रु काट लिया गया और सर्विस आज बंद हो गयी एक सेटपबॉक्स का मै 800 दिया मैंने फिर काल किया टोलफ्री no पेऔर पूछा की क्यों मेरी सर्विस बंद हो गयी तो बताया गया की आपका सेटपबॉक्स बदल दिया गया है इस लिए मेरे बहुत पूछने पे मुझे बताया गया की गलती से हो गया है नहीं पूछता तो गया 400 मुझे बताया गया की आपको टीवी देखने की बहुत जल्दी है तो आप 400 से रिचार्जे करवा ले क्यों की यहाँ आपकी कम्प्लेंट नोट कर ली जाएगी और 48 घंटे में ठीक होगी सर्विस तभी चलेगी

    मैंने इसको हिंदी में इस लिए लिखा है ताकि सारे लोगो की इस पे नजर पड़े और इस लुटेरी कम्पनी के चक्कर में फिर कोई न पड़े मित्रो मेरा आप सब से यही निवेदन है आप लोग अपने अगल बगल सबको इसके धोखा धडी से अवगत कराये नहीं तो पता नहीं कितने लोगो को इनके टोलफ्री वाले अधिकारी चुना लगायेंगे

    इनके जो भी अधिकारी टोलफ्री no पे बात करते है वो हम लोगो को सही जानकारी नहीं देते और बतंमिजो की तरह बात करते है ये लोग रिलायंस की ऐसी की तैसी कर देंगे

      I own two reliance DTH connection with primary smart card no bearing[protected] in the name of my father, Sri M V Omprakash. Out of the blue Reliance has suspended service sighting negative balance. I tried calling the customer service representative and questioned as to why account is having negative balance umpteen no of times but no explanation is given. They make me wait for ages in the pretext of giving solutions and cut the call. Or they'll say they'll escalate the call and disconnect. One of the service representative even said he's a newbie and doesn't know how to handle my issue. I don't want any product who hire as service reps who can't even handle simple questions. It's been a week since the service has been stopped. i want stern action to be taken on Reliance digital and compensate for my loss of money in form of denying service.

      However as your services was suspended.

      Note: If the account balance gets negative of Rs.100/- or more, the services gets suspended.(even if the long duration pack is active)

      Kindly recharged your account Rs.210/- and Keep the Set Top Box on 'ON' mode while recharging the account.

        We have a reliance DTH connection and from 12 th august the setup box is not working (i.e. no power is seen in set up box ).We had made a complaint to the customer service from 13 th august, but of no use. Even though after making multiple calls to the reliance people no action has been taken and no operator has come to fix it .
        Reliance has a poor customer service and we are totally dissatisfied with the customer services. We would like to cancel this connection and get another operator, Also I am not ready to pay for this bill cycle as there is no cable for so many days.
        If we delay a day to recharge, we get so many calls from customer service, but in genuine issues no action is done even after multiple escalations.

        What a waste of money, energy and only frustration left.

          Last 31 july i make a complaint about my reliance big tv service issue error number 400 i written my complaint with customer care, your engineer come in 2nd of july and say sir this is signal issue we are change your antina so we need wire so i give him 1000 rs for buy wire but he not come again in house even i make complete to customer care but they not write my complaint and write a new complaint and still not solve i make call and call agin to customer care but every time they cut my phone and either they say your complaint solve asap sir i am mentally fursted and now i decided to go consumer court regarding this complaint and suggest every one no buy reliance big tv for worse services in world

            I called on 22th of july and complaint for the aoc tv.


            Got the msg on 01/august/2016 that complaint no. Is[protected] being assigned to technician who will attend shortly.

            I made a call on reliance costumer care on [protected]

            This not one came after three day and i call back again and they were saying
            We have assigned to another technician who will attend shortly & also they we provide me his contact no..

            I did call the guy he told me please send me your related documents, i will be direct assigned you aoc service provider your tv that some part to be replaced he will come with that. I said okay & wait.

            Meanwhile i called many times to reliance costumer care.

            Whole one week gone talking to the reliance costumer care and they ensure that guy will come issue will be sorted.

            Now today is 9th august but i did not received any call from over there.
            Nobody reverted till now…or visited.
            Nobody reverted till now…or visited.

            This is total harrasment from your end its almost month end. Nothing has been done now. I left the hope too.

            I do not want anything from reliance niether tv or your technician now.

            Pl refund my amount withing a week else i'll put this in consumer court.

            You can see the mail trail appart from the above story.

            Few bad people are not doing their work and spoiling the reliance image.

              My smartcard number is[protected]

              I have 2 connection of reliance. The one in my parents room for which smart number mentioned above was not working and showing error for recharge. So i did recharge for 500 on 28th but it dint start the service today 31st july i recharged again but still no service.

              Wen enquired for refund mr satish bluntly talking in a very rude manner and telling me dat i might be giving false claim for refund.

              Kindly look into this matter as he warned me that do watever u want ull can't do anything. Call id refrence [protected].

                I have a reliance big tv connection. My id no is[protected], i have complaint regarding setup box not working, no is[protected] on dated 18.07.2016 but on 24.07.2016 no person come to my home and i have self rectified the problem so i have been closed my complaint on 24.07.2016 but account of Rs.175/- was deducted from my main balance.

                My balance is not compensated yet, so i am calling daily to customer care to return my balance but they have not solved my problem. As per customer care person, the person advised me to recharge Rs.100/- on dated 26.07.2016, but my setup box is not still working.It is showing service suspend.I want the quick action against it. I am also complaining about wrong advising of customer care person of reliance.

                So i requested to return my balance 275/- (175+100). I am not happy reliance big tv service. My many friends having reliance big tv connection i suggested my friend to disconnect these connection.

                Please take this matter urgently.

No action has been taken out by them but saying that their person has been visited my place to solve my problem. But no person has been visited, they have no proof or receiving of complaint solving. I am again complaining. I want quick and satisfactory action in this matter.

                    I have been getting error 400 on my set up box from past 3 days. The problem usually starts after 7.00 pm in the evening and the problem persists till next morning. I have tried to put up a complaint with the customer services but its the worst experience i have ever had. Their lines are so busy that i am not able to connect the representative for hours.
                    I request you to take immediate action in this regard.

                    Dear Customer,

                    We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

                    Request you to do the below mentioned checks to resolve the poor signal issue:

                    1. If it is raining or cloudy in your area, try to change the channels and check, as this is a temporary phenomenon (only 10-15 minutes) across all the DTH operators during monsoon season. The issue will automatically get resolved once the intensity of rain/clouds is minimized.
                    2. If the issue still persists kindly check, if channel number 550 or any TS3 channels (channel list attached) are visible.
                    3. Confirm if the “IF” cable (black colour cable which comes from Dish and connects to back side of the Set Top Box) is properly connected and is not damaged.
                    4. If no damage is found in the cable, perform "Power Cycle" (Switch off the Set Top Box from the main power supply and Switch it on).
                    5. Finally confirm if the Dish is misaligned / has been relocated.

                    This issue occurs because of a slight dish misalignment which would require a technician visit.

                    After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.

                      I am a subscriber to from cochin. Recently i registered a complaint with big tv customer care no.[protected]. The complaint registration no. Xxxxxxxx & another complaint was resgistered no. Xxxxxxx both with a direction from customer care that the service engineer will contact you within 48 hours. But nobody turned to rectify the complaint with the set-top-box. Later i received a message informing that rs.175/-is deducted from my account for the service rendered. Dont even understand what kind of service provider deducts charges for telephonic calls made from customer care. This is quite outrageous and mocking the customer. The service rendered in your customer care cell (Number given) is so lousy and i have to try for one week to talk with the people manning that cell. My earnest request with you is to show this mail to any higher authorities in your department and get the functioning of the concerned customer care cell well oiled. Please cancel the arbitrary deduction of rs.175/- from my account (Done twice for both complaint registered) and direct the concerned officer to rectify my defect immediately and then charge in my account.

Now i am trying to contact local customer complaint person of our local region, but no action is taken yet. I am not happy with your service. This is last time i am requesting to resolve my problem.

                          My self sachin, on last 02july2016 i put request for relocation.
                          After taking no. of times followups technician not visited from you side.
                          O i arrenged the local technician for installation and paid cash 350 rs to him. after that company diduct 350 rs from my account.
                          For reimbusment of 350 rs i put 8-10 request for that but still i didnt get it.

                          Kindly look in to this.

                            Worst setup box and provider also whats the matter is. 3 days back they up date the software and it ask for installation i done that after that setup box is not responding the remote access i tought that its mistake of remote ok i by new once they also its not working i checkes the remote 5 time their is no problem in remote its problem of setup box, i call customer care they told will charge for service ok they taken money but then they said this setup box is not working we have to change this and its a cost of 1000 rs hellow reliance company if i pay for tata sky same amount they provide new connection. So i throughout this setup box. Because is use less company setup box and i told to my friends to switch to tata or else not to reliance so i am happy to tell u this i switched more then 129 connections and still i continue this job. Good bay reliance. Count the remaining day reliance ur customer will loosing out ur company connection because u r providing worst service...

                              I register a complain no.[protected] reg setup box not working properly so change it. On dated 6 july 2016. Next day call come from service center and he told me that after few hr. Technician contact with me. And also contacted with me and say after 10 min.. But no one come. And contcat with me.
                              Next day i remain call service center, he said me that setup box not available at raigrah center and said me will change monday on dated 11/06/2016. When i go at service center at raigrah he asked me after 20 min. My service engineer come my home and change my setup box. But office boy come my home and replace setup box. Again i call to service center he said me that engineer on the way and contact with me but no one contact with me. Again i register a complain no[protected] on dt. 9 july 2016. But no one contact with me and i recived sms on my mob that your service req. No[protected] and[protected] is closed. You charged rs.500. Trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you.
                              Really a bad support and service system.

                                This is with respect to my complaint regarding non availability of many channels on reliance digital tv.

                                My name is jose paul and my smart card number is[protected]. from the last many weeks many channels on my set top box are showing signal error 400. channles like ndtv news, asianet news, fox life etc.

                                I had registered a complain with your customer service on 02nd july 2016. your customer service had promised me that a technician will visit my place within 48 hours. the complaint number is[protected]. a reminder call was again made made to your customer service on 6th july 2016. a promise was again made.

                                Till now no technician has contacted me and it has already been one week.

                                  Recently some months ago, Reliance big TV discontinued TEZ channel. On contacting customer care they fooled me for 2 months saying that (1) problem is from your side, here it is coming (2) It will be continued in 2/3 days (3) it is will take about 15 days (4) It will be started by next month. Lastly after numerous attempts they cleared that it has been discontinued and no refund will be there for it.

                                  Further One of the most fraud I encountered when I recharged for Rs 3657 on 5-Sept-2015 in which the customer care clearly told that it is for 1 year gold pack. I received a call on 7-Jul-2016 saying that your connection will expiry by today. when I called customer care executives they said I did for 8 months only, which was false. Also due to some error the receipt was generated on 5-Sept-2015 and had emailed several times but there was no reply. So they took advantage of this. They stopped by services on 8-jul-2016.

                                  This is how again they tried to hide charges. The connection got closed on 8-July-2016 at 9.00am so I temporarily recharged for rs130 for 10 days. So now my expiry becomes 17-July-2016. However I received mail on 9-july-2016 stating that 1 month waiver is given and valid for next 23 days. It should be 30+10=40 days but they gave 23 days by false statement that 1 month waiver is given.

                                        I am trying to talk with reliance customer care but no response from that number. after 10 mins also its not connecting.After calling 2 or 3 attempts they are saying attempt is over for today.
