I bought a lenovo laptop from the reliance digital store at Reliance Mall, Puda Multiplex in Jalandhar. At the time of buying, they said they will replace the product within 7 days if I come with the original box and bill. My laptop got hanged after a day. I went to the store and they denied that they would not replace the laptop at any cost. They just asked me to take the laptop home. I even asked them to upgrade the laptop if they cannot refund but no use. The Sales Manager at the store talked so rudely and called the Secretary. She said that I should not have believed their staff's wordings. She said that you are not supposed to believe everything they say verbally. She asked for written record, which obviously I do not have. She even mentioned that their staff say these things to give assurance. But, they cannot do anything as it's not possible as per their policy. So, if they say that they will replace your product within 7 days, do not believe them!!

        I have given a complaint regarding my air conditioner defective piece . Technician has been came and he has broken my ac input unit and spoiled my entire Air conditioner circuit board, fan each and every thing when i asked why you have spoiled my entire Air conditioner he was replying in an harsh manner and i asked him to connect to his manager the manager was talking such a bad language to my mother no respect at all such a pathetic service never expected. This is the way you treat a customer i have each and every thing video footage of your reliance technician spoiling my ac . I will definitely file a case in consumer court if you dont do repair my ac . I want technician from hitachi only not from reliance

          Recently i went to nagarbhavi reliance digital in bangalore to purchase iphone 11 by exchanging my iphone xr, the staffs there told me that no stock available anywhere after checking for 128gb black model and i know it was a gimmick to show there is a demand.

          The person who was in iphone and apple products section, may be mudassir or name starts from m, took my number and told that he will intimate once available within short time, i went to store on 12th october and till now no call or any intimation from his end, is this how so called desi brand works? Already reliance has a bad name for worst customer service and this is a add on to that.

            I have purchased 4 lg airconditioner (2 no, s of 2 ton, 1.5 and 1 ton each) from reliance digital hsr layout store on 6th and 7th october. I have explicitly asked them to deliver all the product with one more samsung refrigerator before 17th october as this is for commercial purpose, sales executives are agreed for the same. We have opening ceremony of our new office on 22nd oct and i want everything to be installed before 19th october so that we can paint and do the carpet installation to floor. But till now i have not received 1 airconditioner of 1 ton capacity and before delivering the other 3 ac's, reliance executives didn't even bother to inform about the unavailability of 1 ton ac. When delivery guy came and gave me the receipts i saw that 1 ac and all 4 stabilizers were missing, i called the reliance store after long waiting on the call, i have been informed that currently they don't have a stock. It is very very unprofessional behaviour, from past 1 week i have been following up for that product but its just time waste and increasing my stress, now reliance team saying that they can deliver it only on coming tuesday ie oct 22 and no guarantee date for stabilizer delivery. If this is the case why did they promised to deliver it before 17 october when im purchasing the product. Is that not their responsibility to check the status of the stock before selling it?. I fed up with this service, we have to inaugurate our new office on tuesday and want to do installation and painting of walls, carpet work before monday but now its not possible because of this pathetic service. Even i asked them to at least cancel the order but they were saying that also impossible. What's that?.

              I bought samsung j6 handset from reliance digital store nearby... At that time they insisted me to have accidental insurance.. N.. Told me.. To bring the handset to us if anything happens.. Now they're telling that u've to do it urself.. U've to get it repaired n prepare documents n courrier it.. There is no role o[censored]s..               Despite your assurance of customer service agent contacting me ... no one cared to do so ... n toll free no. of customer care is also not being picked by anyone ... just tell me what is the actual process ... whether it is wholly my liability or of vendor's too ... nxt time i would'nt ever think of reliance digital store after such an experience .
              We have been here for 30 mins and still CRM has not come to attend us, also before us people are waiting.

                  My washing machine is not working. My product is under 2+2 year warranty (Samsung +reliance). And its 3rd year of my machine.

                  I made complain several time but the technician is asking money for changing bearing and tub and other parts.

                  My complain nos are [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                  Each time i make request, service center rejected the complain mentioning that estimated not approved by customer.

                  When product is under warranty then why to paid money? I already paid 4000 to obtain reliance 2 year warranty and what is this for?

                  I also talked to mr. Latil kiran (Customer care senior executive) several time, in this regard, and he assured me that after senior approval he will get the machine repaired.

                  But till date nothing has been done.

                  Do necessary to resolve the issue. Either repair the machine or refund me as per resq scheme.

                  Till our last use, machine was working properly. The problems were as follows:
                  Machine locked even after wash is complete.
                  Wash Tub circular rotation was not proper and shaking.
                  Machine running for longer period. For example, If it displays 18 minute is left, then it is running for even hours.

                  Your technician visited and checked the machine on 23rd September 2018 and agrees for change of wash tub socket on chargeable basis.

                  Further note that again that till date of visit of your service team machine was working properly except for few problems mentioned above.

                  There is no collision or mark of damage on the machine and again Wash tub is inside the machine. Even before your technician visit machine was never opened. Then how it can be a physical damage as claimed by your service team. I will share the images of my machine shortly.

                  This is nothing but harassing/cheating the customer. Even after charging a sum of Rs. 4000 in the name of extended warranty your company is doing nothing. I am very sorry to say that next time on wards i will never prefer Reliance ResQ warranty.

                  For now, let me know what is your next move regarding repair or refund of machine cost.
                  As per ResQ Plan i can even claim depreciated cost of machine.

                    I purchased sony bravia lcd tv from reliance digital store with extended warranty of 2 years from reliance. The display panel gone bad after 1 and 1/2 years. No visit happened within 3 weaks. The store people says we are dependent on service centre. We can only follow your case. The service centre people are lieing everyday and not even the mechanic deputed for the work lifting the phone. I'm speaking with customer care of reliance every day but nothing is happening. Even resq team also not helping. All are buffers and instructed not to cooperate so that people will be frustrated and leave the matter. No one should purchase any item from reliance digital. They do not have the humanity and playing with our money. Pls spread the message so that no one will suffer like us. We r help less.

                      I had purchased kent ro water purifier from reliance digital borivali west. After 4 months of the purchase it stopped working and regarding the issue i registered a complain with reliance digital.
                      Till 3 days no engineer visited, so again i called reliance digital no response and i had to call reliance digital customare care number and was assured engineer will visit in 2 days. Engineer visited and checked the kent ro said the part needs replacement and will be replaced in 2 days. But its been 17 days nor the engineer replaced the part and after complaining in reliance 3-4 times as the need for urgency of the part yet the part hasnt been replaced.
                      They are just liaing that it is in process and will be replaced but no proper response nor the replacement.
                      From last 17 days there is no proper water in the house as we are 9 people staying in the house in which 2 babies are there, 1 women is pregnant and its been informed to the reliance digital executive and service persons but they dint take anything seriously.

                      I suggested for the return of the product and refund as being an indian company there are no parts available and the problem i m facing due to drinking water issue. But they refused the return and told me wait till the part isnt received.

                      Reliance digital team is not responding properly nor any serious action taken by the team to push for the replacement. They just reply we will let you know but no reply. I have been calling every alternate day to reliance digital team and not getting the response. Please take strict action and suggest for the refund and return of the product.

                      While purchasing the product sales team had assured me about the ease of avaibality of the parts and service.

                      When contacted kent ro brand customer care team they too denied service and replacement stating that you have to contact reliance digital, we have no role in that even if the product is under warranty. This is the response i get from the fraud kent brand.

                      But this is how reliance digital and kent ro brand company fools the customers into buying the kent brand water purifier.

                      I hope very strict action will be taken against kent ro brand and reliance digital.

                        I have purchase a reconnect washing machine from reliance digital store, located in kakinada city, a. P. My washing machine is not working. So i contact your customer service center and they file a complaint regarding this issue. Till now they only bluff me by giving some routine words, like, machine delivered to service center... Almost same message they spread over 2months, still my problem is not re-solved. So friends, please understand the service and decide to buy the product, my opinion is never ever buy the product from reliance digital at any location. Now i decide to covey this message on social site platform by taking your company name and told all my friend to spread this message to many more platform that not to purchase any product from reliance digital.

                          I submitted my laptop for the servicing and change of my motherboard to the resQ team at indore as it was in an extended warranty. they took more than 2 months to solve the replacement of my motherboard and when i received my laptop there were more problems added to it by damaging the fan, breaking few snap locks bending my processors heat sink and even changed my laptops service tag just because of servicing done by them in an unauthorized local shop. due to the change in the service tag i am unable to get my original windows in it and they provided a pirated copy of windows to it. they even don't provide me with good support by their customer service every time i have to visit their center which is 60km from my place which also affected me with a huge amount in my travel, while they have promised so many things for the service they provide and even don't pick my call which is giving me a mental harassment.

                            I brij nandan prasad mobile number - [protected], purchase a whirlpool refrigerator from reliance digital store from bokaro mall, in bokaro steel city, jharkhand. My refrigerator is not working. So i contact your customer service center and they file a complaint regarding this on[protected]. From[protected] to till now they only bluff me by giving some excuses but still my problem is not solve. So, now i decide to covey this message on social site platform by taking your company name and told all my friend to spread this message to many more platform that not to purchase any product from reliance digital store. You only betrayed your customer by selling them bad product, and i also file a complaint in consumer court about my problem and telling them that reliance digital give me mental harassment.

                              I was from hanumangarh i purchase a mobile a30s from reliance digital it it when i see it is defective piece after 20 mintues i call them they said bring mobile till 9:00 clock but i reach there in few minutes near 6:00 clock then they wipe me an one hour over there then they said mobile it will be received after 3 days. Then we live it there. I need my mobile now because i am going out of sation that way i purchase it if they can't give my mobile till 9:00 clock.
                              15/10/2019 if they can't give it then i be forced to brought new mobile then that mobile is of no use to me. After that i can't able to pay or if they not give my mobile then if they can't give my money now then i went to court.

                                My washing machine is not working. My product is under 2+2 year warranty (Samsung +reliance). And its 3rd year of my machine.
                                I made complain several time but the technician is asking money for changing bearing and tub and other parts.
                                My complain nos are [protected], [protected] and [protected].
                                Each time i make request, service center rejected the complain mentioning that estimated not approved by customer.
                                When product is under warranty then why to paid money? I already paid 4000 to obtain reliance 2 year warranty and what is this for?
                                I also talked to mr. Latil kiran (Customer care senior executive) several time, in this regard, and he assured me that after senior approval he will get the machine repaired.

                                But till date nothing has been done.

                                Do necessary to resolve the issue.

As after using we came to know the problems..Again we called him to put in the correct place.. He has placed it very bad..                                     I had brought an led tv of brand vu from reliance digital. Now my tv is not working and it is covered under warranty. I have requested for the tv service in reliance on 4th sep 2019. Till today 13th oct 2019, the issue is not attended by them. We have contacted them so many times and they just ignore. We have done an enquiry with vu regarding this and they replied that reliance digital is responsible for the service of vu products sold by them. The after sales customer support from reliance is very disappointing. Almost 1.5 months passed after registering the complaint and the reliance digital people just keep on saying, their technician will contact you tomorrow, by next week... This kind of experience from a corporate is totally unfair.

                                    My issue is not resolved yet. How could you then mark it as resolved? Reliance digital executive just attended my case, taken some faulty parts from the tv and told the spares for replacement has ordered. More than one weeks has passed and still my tv is dead. Then how you can consider this case as resolved???

                                      We had came to purchase the machine of some brand at your diamond city mall north kolkata jessore road kolkata branch. But your sales personnel had convinced us with assurance that rconnect is best to purchase and we had changed our mind and purchased in good faith.

                                      The technical person came with a simple assumption that plastic parts were broken you have to pay for it without going inside the root cause of its damage.

                                      I am heartly request you to take back the same and refund my hard earned money. Because after spending a time of one week the response is so poor and improper. There are no assurance that even after paying the amount within 2 months of purchase the product will last.

                                      Thus, please refund my money i am interested in keeping this manufacturing defect product.

                                      I am Vignesh i have went jio reliance digital showroom kelambakkam for buying mobile phone in EMI. They not all welcoming the customer, poor response and they are chit chatting. I have been waited their for half an hour. Atlast they said network issue today we can't do anything. Worst response and manner less people.
