I bought a lenovo laptop from the reliance digital store at Reliance Mall, Puda Multiplex in Jalandhar. At the time of buying, they said they will replace the product within 7 days if I come with the original box and bill. My laptop got hanged after a day. I went to the store and they denied that they would not replace the laptop at any cost. They just asked me to take the laptop home. I even asked them to upgrade the laptop if they cannot...
