My self Ranjeet kumar Choudhary . I am a Banker . I have my own vehicle Renault Duster BR01DF- 1592 is the registration no of my vehicle. My vehicle met accident during lockdown dt[protected]. We have immediately lodged complain with Insurance company Tata Aig Ins Co. On advise of Insurance company we have left our vehicle to Rnault Duster service centre CRP square through Road side assistance service. After two month passed and we got deliver our vehicle . When we received our vehicle we have earlier planed that we have to go our native place Bihar patna. So we have started our journey with our vehicle. and reached patna dt 01 july 2020. After long run of vehicle we started again from patna to seikhpura to meet my family. journey started in evening so when we switched on head light of the vehicle we feel it is not properly adjusted and light beam is falling just infront of vehicle . so we cann't see without proper light in vehicle . and hurriedly we met accident again. Due to not proper adjustment of head light . At the time of accident we are with my family member . In the accident our vehicle left side fender damaged and left side mirror broken due to damage of left side fender our vehicle left door was not opening . But we have no any option and we started again to drive with lots of risks . Because of nearby no any garage available . Finally we reached at home . Now next morning we have carry our vehicle to nearest garage in seikhpura . there we have temporary pumped our bended fender of the vehicle than left side door was started working. than garage reported us sir one of your tyre was damaged badly because of not proper alignment of wheel. when we tell them for alignment of wheel they reported us one of the wheel nut is missing, And they have not available such type of nut .and also alignment was not possible because of some parts was missing and they have not available. So they adjusted at they level best. In this period we have noticed one of left side fog light was also missing and mud guard inside the fender was also missing. In this condition we have returned Odisha at my posting place and lodged complain again with Tata Aig Ins. Co. We have explained the matter with insurance company . They told us sir you give your vehicle again we will assist you and advise us this is Service centre fault so kindly talk with service centre. So we have talked with service manager Mr. Soumya pradhan they assure us we will solve all your vehicle problem kindly give your vehicle again. So due to lack of time I have decided to repaired our vehicle again at CRP Square Renault show room. But again that service centre has cheated us and deliver our vehicle after two month . And service engineer soumya pradhan told us every thing we have repaired only one of the wheel nut not fitted due to some measure problem in wheel so some little bubbling will happen in wheel which parts is not available and approximetly cost is 12 to 13 thousand . This new issue started in my vehicle which is not earlier before handed over the vehicle to the service centre, So my mind striked and we have escaped from that type of cheated service centre.
So I request you to kindly cancel the dealership and permission obtain to run the showroom and service centre of CRP Square Renault showroom and service centre.
And compensate our claim amount to proper service our vehicle at another service centre. And At the time of journey to bihar we met accident with my family due to non proper serviced my vehicle. If any mishappening has happened than who is resposible for them.

    Stiff steering in Duster

    Hi team,
    I own Renault duster 85PS 2015 model and all of a sudden, my steering became stiff and the vehicle wouldn't turn as expected. While looking for the steering stiffness issues of Renault duster over the net, I realized lot more Duster owners are facing the same. Is it like a known issue before releasing it to the market and make your customers suffer??

    Hi Sir/Ma'am,

    I bought a Renault Duster in January 2020 which was financed through NRFSI and in March I lost my job due to a countrywide lockdown. I was happy that Renault has extended the Moratorium facility as per RBI guidelines which ended in august. As we all are aware that the honorable Supreme Court is hearing a plea regarding extension of mortarium facility or waiver of interest and has ordered not to Declare any loan borrower as NPA who has not been declared as NPA before 31st till further notice. The Industry in which I work is still not operational due to govts. order and I have zero source of income since last 6 Months and because of the same reason I asked your representative who called me for the payment of overdue EMI of Sept that I'm not in position to make the payment right away yet I'll surely clear my dues in coming months (November). The first guy was polite and well behaved then one more guy called on a recorded line was extremely rude in the beginning. Later he started throwing personal insults like "gadi maintain nahi kar sakte to karidi kyun (Why you bout the car if you can't maintain it), khane ke paise nahi hain and all (How you are eating if you don't have money) and all. This was very disturbing and unexpected behaviour from a french brand like Renault. Now I don't feel like using your product or services anymore. If you want to take your car back I'm okay with it. Just return my Down Payment after deducting any depreciation be done with it as This is an act pure harassment and insult from your executive side and I'm ready to go all legal and lawful routes. But I don't feel like driving your vehicle.
    Very unexpected behaviour from a brand like renault.

    Respected sir...i have purchased Renault kwid from Renault Chapaguri, BONGAIGAON, Assam in Renault finance which I have been paying an emi of Rs 7625 which was due on 10 Aug 2022 .But i hve paid the EMI on 14 Aug 2022 through online mode from https:onlinepayment.nrfsi.com by giving my loan account number which is "RGUW307817" time was 07:25:25 am .but now still on my loan statement it is showing emi pending ..but my amount has been deducted from my account number...pls help me in sorting it out .

      I would like to inform you regarding my car ac not functional after service.
      On dated 24 september 2020 my car send sent to moradabad (U. P) renault service centre (Zero point, rampur rd, moradabad, u. P 244001) for service. Before service my ac cooling was 70% but after the service my ac cooling has 0%. And ac noise and ac noise has start after that we call to renault service centre moradabad (U. P). Service center team are saying we have not disturb in your ac. If you are repaired in your car ac approx rs. 4000/- will be charged and please send the car again renault service centre moradabad (U. P).
      It is request from service centre that my ac will be work as per old condition and without any noise.

        I booked a ranault triber at rmw motors pvt ltd at lucknow, indira nagar branch and pay rs 102000/-. But due to issue of my age loan amount not sanction by bank so that i unable to bye car. After that i request to cancell my booking and return my said money to me. But the dealer return me rs 97000/- after deduction of rs 5000/- and not provide me any correspondence and valid reason for deduction.

            I have purchased renault make kwid climber car in january 2020 from unnati vehicles pvt. Ltd., wadi, nagpur. At the time of booking the executive of the dealer promised that the said car is bs6 norms. But after purchasing the said car i was noticed that the said car is bs-4 norms also dealer has been taken extra charges by me approx. Rs.25, 000/- in the name of rto, insurance and handling/logistic charges etc. The brochure/pamphlet/booking form or any other documents of the company/dealer show room, nowhere mentioned about important environmental regarding bs6 or bs4 norms. The said dealer deceived/cheated me as well as other customers. I had complained about the same to the company, well as dealer but the executive of the renault company takes dealer favour not customers. I am not satisfied from company customer services. Thereafter i have served a letter to the dealer of renault cars for providing bs6 norms vehicles in stead of bs4 and return approx. Rs.25, 000/- additional charges which is paid by me.

                I am really surprised to see such a procedure being followed by Karnal Renault Team regarding 'Extended warranty' documentation.

                My Extended warranty being cancelled by Karnal Team the second time (after accepting/being approved). I have paid the amount of Rs. 6988 on 23/07/2020 against which the Extended warranty got registered and I got the Extended Warranty policy also the very next day (i.e.on 24/07/2020) by Ms. Poonam. Hereby, I am attaching that screenshot for your reference.

                After that my Warranty got cancelled without information. Then Mr. Vikas took all the necessary details from me and the Extended warranty again again got approved and provided to me on 19/08/2020. Hereby, I am attaching the screenshot of the same also.

                Now the third time Mr. Shubham came into the picture and saying that my Extended warranty again getting cancelled.

                Why the very first time it has been approved if all the necessary conditions are not being satisfied?

                Why my money being kept by the team for more than a month?

                Hereby, I am attaching you the lastly approved Extended warranty certificate also for 2020-21.

                    My vehicle registered number HP842937, hit a small stone while parking and had some damages in its lower parts like condenser etc on 02 Aug 2020. I deposited the vehicle in PPS renault Amberpet, Hyderabad, 500013 on 03 aug 2020. I was given a tentative date of 18 aug to get my repaired veh. Initially i was told that it will take just a few days, but later they kept on increasing the date and even as of now, my vehicle has not been repaired.

                    Its astonishing to even imagine that renault which prides on customer support worldwide has been so much careless and unmindful of the difficulties faced by a common man. I am a serving army officer and need to visit many places especially due to ongoing issues with china. Despite my telling them of my critical operational requirements, my veh has been given last priority and neglect.

                    if this is being done to a serving army officer, i can imagine the condition of common people. The show room gave a lame excuse that they needed gasket to repair my car. A small gasket worth thousand rupees!! if renault cant manage this in a service centre in a metro like hyderabad, then god bless you.

                    i have been mentally harassed due to this and my operation work has suffered due to care a dam attitude of renault india. I request management to take urgent action against the people involved and provide me necessary compensation for the inconveniences which i have suffered due to this attitude of renault india

                        Have booked a renault tribeer from renault shimla.

                        Dealer is charging me six thousand something as logistics charges above ex-showroom price.
                        Also, renault customer care representative says that i will have to pay the logistic charges as these are the expense of transportation from renault, chennai plant to dealership.
                        Since ex - showroom price of vehicle varies from place to place due to transportation cost only, i request renault to provide me a car against above booking without any additional cost towards logistics.
                        Otherwise, feel free to cancel the booking & initiate my full refund.

                          Purchased kwid rxt car in august 2016 and since the day of purchase facing issue in braking.
                          Registered complaint almost 100 times and visited service center but no solution, still the issue unsolved.
                          Company is stubborn and not accepting fault in car as they are unable to find the fault.
                          20% of the time car brakes dnt work and company has no reason for it.
                          Everytime i complaint they ask to bring car to service station and do nothing just to fool.
                          I am writing so that authority can help in finding a solution

                              I’m manit singh s/o nirmal singh resident at vpo kala sanghian distt kapurthala (Punjab). I buy the kwid car company of renault india pvt ltd at jalandhar showroom dated on 19.06.2019. My car no is pb09aa-5404. Company take 35689 rs from me for the registration fee but this amount more the correct registration fee. I know that time when the sms of registration fee came from registration office kapurthala (Sdm office) and my correct registration fee is 30682. Company take the 5007 rs more from me.

                                Dear sir /madam
                                I went to a car dealership in chandigarh named pmg automobiles, plot no. 47 phase 1 industrial area chandigarh to buy renault triber there they gave me an estimate of the car, other than the ex showroom price of 635500, they also asked me for rs 9500 as logistic charges which they said is miscellanious, whereas the supreme court and various rto offices and dealership have removed such charges, kindly help me in this regard.

                                  When i contact local agent to make 40, 000 km service, i was informed that i have to make all 60, 000 km service (With triple the cost) because the car has exceed 3 years in service.
                                  This is strange for me, please clarify.

                                    Hai Team,

                                    Highly disappointed with the Renault service which we faced.

                                    Actually our car met with an accident and given for total loss. Service Centre did not helped us other than giving only the estimation to us. After that finance and everything we only kept track on it. But I don't know why to pay the Estimate fee of Rs.4000 as a charge. Really felt bad on this. Already our car is given as a great Loss for us. But again the company collected 4000 from us really a pain for us. Hope you all understand our situation.

                                      I got my 3 free service for my Duster on 27 June 2020. It was such a poorly done service that I was shocked to see. No washing and cleaning done. Bonut and inside of car is full of dust. I shown this to the service station driver who had a pick up from my residence. He also agreed I called to the supervisor and told about this. I then called to the center supervisor Sh Dubey on [protected] he assured me that it will be done at my place but till the date no body came and done desired. Please look into the matter seriously. It was not expected from Renault.
