I have purchased a Gold membership from manas loyalty, with certain benefits.
The reason for taking the offer was to enjoy one of the weekend at the resort. The same was already discussed and clarified by email from the marketing person Mr
Wasim before taking the membership.
However, while trying to avail the benefits we always gets some or other excuses from the reservation and also from the management, after following up atleast 4-5 times and the kind of excuses differs each time.
Every time, the management backs out at the very last moment and we are helpless to the dictatorship of the management as there is no way to escalate further.
Further, the management shamelessly denied us the facility despite availability for which the related proof was shared with them on the proposed date. The reason stated by the management was that because the cost paid for the membership and the rate of hotels at specified dates vastly differs. Further he confidently reply that We have been dealing with many such Customers like you and Even if you take such matter with any such consumer forum they will easily win the case
Similarly the same incidence happened in 1st week of February, wherein we tried again to avail the 2 day free stay. But the officer continued to circle around the same point and simply delayed the matter for more than month.
Despite various follow-up we could not avail the benefit stated, and considering the exigency have to book the holidays at some other location at a premium price, and the whole point of taking membership will be useless and the advance money paid will not be utlised and wasted.
We want to claim refund of my Membership fees + 12 interest P.A + Mental torture & harassment charges of 20, 000.

Similar request was again made in first week of february, but again the official just went round and round.
After almost one month, it was surprising that the official claimed that the T&C do not permit them to give weekend stay. To this we have shared the specific phrase in the T&C, which clearly specifies that weekeds can be availed .
Since then, there has been no response from the RMV group.
