Rmv Group — Non Allocation of rooms for paid vouchers

I was promised Hotel Trident, Nariman Point for INR 16, 000 for stay within couple of days. After making payment, I was told that rooms are not available. I was forced to buy Taj Santacruz at a higher rate and balance amount was also not refunded. Very bad persons. Never ever going to buy any vouchers from RMV henceforth.
