On 14/04/2020 We had booked Hotel Grape County on Discounted rate with a promise that we could redeem 6 rooms anytime after the Hotel starts again.
But when we started requesting for rooms the company delayed that the hotel has not started. When we enquired at the hotel they said the rooms are available.
When we confronted the RMV group regarding same. RMV group said that these bookings wont be available for now. You can try next month. They asked us to contact us next month once again. We did this for 3 consecutive months.
Again after confrontation they offered us Ramada Pune instead of Grape County. But we had already been to Ramada and were not interested to visit again. We insisted on refunding the amount as they did not provide Hotel Rooms as promised.
But RMV Group Vishal and Mayur Luthria denied that they cannot refund the amount. We are still struggling to get a refund from the company Was this information helpful? |
