We had purchased vouchers from RMV group for hotel bookings which we are unable to use as every month they sayrooms are not available. We have paid for vouchers still they say it is complimentary.

They do not pick calls and on mails they have standard replies.

On 14/04/2020 We had booked Hotel Grape County on Discounted rate with a promise that we could redeem 6 rooms anytime after the Hotel starts again.

But when we started requesting for rooms the company delayed that the hotel has not started. When we enquired at the hotel they said the rooms are available.

As per the T&C mentioned in their membership booklet the booking can be done for any days....
