Have taken the delivery of bike on 01st april, 2019 and on 04th april 2019 i am already facing issues with the bike particularly with battery. What kind of quality assurance do you give at the time of purchase? Its quite ridiculous and annoying with what you operate and proclaim your services and bike as world class.
Waited for more than hour each time it broke down due battery issues in the midnight @12am. Kindly refund the money whatbi have paid you at the time of purchase or replace my bike with a new one as i can't trust it anymore. I surely post the issue on your official twitter handle and facebook page and urge people not buy re bikes henceforth.

    My himalayan bike had very bad engin noice .When bike engin become hited a bad noice will occure and suddenly bike will off. The sound is very bad and my bike is only run 2000 km then this much complent is occure i am very dissappointed with your bike and wast of money .company want to clear my problems .The bike is very bad and compant chited me .         Dear sir,
        I have bought royal enfield 350 signals (Dessert brown) on 28/03/2019 for which whole payment is cleared on 27/03/2019 in ananya auto, prabhat square bhopal, m. P. For which till today no invoice has been received from the dealer.

        Whenever i ask them they provide silly reason and tell us to do everything on delivery challan.

        Very rude and arrogant and unethical practices

          I got my bike services in indore and they charged me for changing the battery when the problem is not from battery. Just within 12 hours of servicing i started facing the same issue with the bike

          This is the second time i am facing the same issue right after servicing. I need immediate action on this.

          I need compensation for this and the issues that i am facing continuously.

            I bought an enfield signals december 10 2019 now after 3months and 5000km its rear tyre spokes broke down and of them and the tyre went crazy. Literally lucky to be alive. I had to keep the bike for 2days roadside because if the poor roadside assistance. Atlast after getting the bike to service station they are demanding money for the same and are saying these cant be given under warranty. Then what is the value of the money i paid to buy this bike. Its been 5days and i still havnt gotten a return call about the bike and even when i contacted them they are just saying that they will call back and for once they have never had. Very poor quality product and customer service. This happened at ssmotors, thottada, kannur, kerala. I bought the bike from kannothumchal kannur enfield showroom.
            Hope i would get some results for filing this complaint.

              आदरणीय महोदय,
              मै राहुल पाटील आपसे यह जानकरी साझा करता हू के उपरोक्त दीया गया मेरा वाहन थंडर बर्ड 250 आर. रेड-es/डीबी यह दिनांक 14 फेब.2019 के दिन उपरोक्त डीलर के सर्विस सेंटर मे मरम्मत के लीये दी गाई थी, जिंन्मे नीचे दि गई कूछ समस्याये मेरे वाहन मे थी.
              1. सेल्फ कभी कभी काम करता था तो कभी नही.
              2. इंजिन से क्लांक जैसी आवाज आती थी.
              3. इंजिन से कुछ बुंदे रात मे गीर जाती थी.
              Paragon traders, royal enfields service center के कर्मचारी श्री.आशीष कलमकर इन्होने गाडी सर्विस सेंटर रखने को कहा तथा दुसरे दिन फोन पर उन्होणे इंजिन का काम होणे की बात काही तथा सेल्फ स्टार्ट किट पुरी तरहसे खराब हो गई कहकर उसे बदलणे को कहा, तथा मै मन भी गया. 27/2/2019 को पुरे 13 दिन बाद उन्होणे गाडी की मररमत हो गई कहकर गाडी ले जाने को कहा तथा सर्विस सेंटर ने बिल 23440.00 /- इतना निकाला और मैने वह बिल्ल भर दिया.
              गाडी सर्विस सेंटर से निकालते समय ही सेल्फ काम न के बराबर कर रहा था मैने वजह पूछि तो आशीष तथा वहा के कर्मचारी ने कहा की गाडी खडी होणे के वजह से यह प्रॉब्लेम है गाडी चलते रहणे के बाद यह समस्या दूर हो जायेगी, पर गाडी दो दिन चलाने के बाद भी यह समस्या दूर नही हुयी बल्की गाडी मे और नई समस्याये आई जो की नीचे डी गई है
              1इंजिन का आवाज एक अलग तरह से और भी बदतर आणे लगा.
              2. सेल्फ अब भी काम नही कर रहा है
              3. Indicator जो पहले चालू थे पुरी तरह से काम करना बंद किये थे जो फिर वर्धा के सर्विस सेंटर से चालू करणे पडे तथा वर्धा केरविके सेंटर के कर्मचारीयोने सेल्फ के न चालू होणे की वजह सेल्फ स्टार्टर बटन बता दी.
              4. हॅंडल की पकड बहोत टाईट हो गई जिससे मुझे गाडी चलाने मे समस्या आ रही थी.
              5. गाडी पहले से ज्यादा चलाणे मे तकलीफ दायक हो गई.
              28/3/2019 को यह गाडी मैने सर्विस सेंटर मे वापस कर दी तथा उन्होणे उस गाडी को ठीक करणे वाला कर्मचारी न होणे की वजह से सोमवार 01/04/2019 को आणे को कहा.
              मुझे लगता है की यह सर्विस सेंटर गलत मार्गदर्शन कर सिर्फ अपना ज्यादा से ज्यादा मुनाफा प्राप्त करणे हेतु बिना कोई काम किये मुझसे ज्यादा पैसा प्राप्त कर मुझे मूर्ख बनाया तथा फसाया गया है, ऐसा मुझे इन उपर दी गई परिस्थितीयो से लगता है. कृपया आपसे जो सही हो सकता है वैसा कर न्याय दे.

                I am a regular costumer of royal enfield and owns two bikes of legendary products royal enfield. As royal enfield claims that their agencies are well behaved and mannered but surprisingly it’s not so. Royal enfield ‘’cashmir sales ‘’pathankot is one of them.                   Hi,

                  I have purchased my classic 350 in may 2017. I have successfully done 2 free services another 2 free services are remaining. Mean time i went to us onsite for an year. Now i tried to give for my 3rd service as the bike ran only 5800km. But bangalore btm layout guys refused to take the bike and asking me to give the bike out side service. Also when i request to consider 4th free service also not taking again suggesting to give outside service. Is this the way loot people. I know if you referring time then why you gave 6000km for 3rd service. This is completely ridicules and i need help from this forum to do my 3rd service from re service center. We had a huge reparation with re, by seeing all these behaviors thinking why we purchased royal enfield.

                  So please do the service for my bike

                    I did not get proper service from your dealer from phaltan (Dist. Satara state maharashtra) i had given my royal enfield 350 classic for regular servicing but i did not get proper service and also labor charges and working charges are high.
                    I had faced problem of handle oil lick since from servicing due to fault of your service provider did not fix oil seal properly when i reach to him he took all labor charges from me with out my fault
                    Due to above instant my bike servicing is pending so plz help me in this problem

                      I have purchased one royal enfield model thunderbird 350 x (Roving red) on 28/08/2018 from st. Marys motors (Rajaji junction, chittoor road, cochin-682035, kerala, ernakulam). After the first service of vehicle i have found rust coming out from the silencer, same is reported to the dealer during second service. Then dealers replaced the silencer. But issue is not resolved. Again issue reported to the dealer. Then also the silencer is replaced with new one. Still the issue is not resolved. The dealer is saying that this model having similar issue and they will replace the silencer in the warranty period. After warranty it will be a paid replacement. When i inquired what i found is this model have no issue like this. Issue explaining photos are attached.

                        I have purchased 350 royal enfield on 09.10.2018. Observing the products is not in order with a reason of following facts-
                        1. Within a very short period in a span of 4-5 month.. The clutch plate of the royal exhausted
                        2. Only 5000+ km the royal and the precious for free services exhausted
                        3. Manual's provided having nothing and valid details of past service records
                        4. The service centres as well as the company seems professional to the extent of money only @ cost of consumer though the company only is responsible against product complain

                          I have purchased royal enfield 350x in month of oct sept 2018 after second service i have taken bike to home while riding i realize there was a oil leakage from the bottom screw of the engine which was not fitted properly and oil was falling down on road. After this incident i logged complaint at ishna wheels goregaon however nobody turned up for 2 days person visited when i called them 3rd time and it was not the end, after 2 days again noise started from silencer and we found only 1 screw at the fitting instead two, same screw was fitted by me from local vendor after fitting second screw again noise started from silncer on the other side where we have 3rd screw fitted near leg rest

                          Mileage - getting less mileage and same was informed to advisor arshad while giving bike for second service. He informed me bike will start giving good mileage after running of 5000 km it seems this is statement was given to avoid the query and issue however after second service still i am getting mileage of 28 - 30

                          Suspension noice - at time of second service same was informed and service center charged me for the same, however the fault was not repair and noise is still there

                          Clutch play - same was informed on the second service there was a play in clutch and started giving noise. I called up at service center to informed the same and the asked me to visit service center i have visited the service center and met manager he suggested to change clutch cable and cost for the same i need bear. (Whats the use of spending rs 187000/-) for the bike which started giving problem immediately after purchasing so many problems at a time i bought this bike because of reputation of the company in the market now i feel i made a big mistake and should inform friend and colleagues not to make this mistake i will broadcast this message soon if will not get resolution on all problems

                          Vibration - bike starts vibrating after running of 40-50 kms and engine gets hot

                            I gave my classis 350 for regular quarterly servicing at authorized jogeswari east service center, there was no problem in bike, just asked for regular service and check.

                            They charged me 3260 rupees for service they provide, i was fine with charges but fine working bike was now out of order...

                            It took hell of effort to reach home on my bike

                            They charged me to ruin my bike...

                                This is to bring to uour notice that myself daniel christy left my bullet vehicle with registration no tn07 cp 7779 at the sri venkateswara bike zone –pallikaranai - chennai dealership for fifth service dated 22.03.2019. I was charged for my oil change, but when i received my vehicle and checked the quality of oil, it was black in colour, i wonder how a newly changed looks black, supposed to be in gold color, i conveyed my complaint to the mr. Hari and mr. Naveenkumar then senior executive mr. Sriram, he send me a footage of my vehicle getting serviced, but its not satisfactory as the view of changing oil is not clear, either they have not drained the oil and topped up the oil, or might be any reasons, but iam totally disappointed with the quality of oil changed in my vehicle and therefore requesting to take immediate action to change my vehicle oil. Hope, i get a positive response from your team, which is the reason, why we as a customer trust the brand and service our vehicle at authorised service centre, rather than leaving at a local service centre.

                                  I had done a booking for royal enfield interceptor 650 paying rs. 5000 and 21days ago i cancelled the booking filling their form for cancelling it.
                                  Now when i called the store in mumbai called first mumbai store their sales person akhil 1st recieved the call then after a while doesn't recieve my call.
                                  I called up the store directly then and the people there say that the account team isnt there today.
                                  While taking in the booking how did their accounts team be there to recieve. The booking amount then?

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Myself m. Rajeev varma recently availed royal enfield himalayan snow from chandra motors, nagercoil tamil nadu on[protected].
                                      During purchase, i was told that there is a complimentary helmet form the company, but i requested to give any other item instead of helmet as i have already purchased other one. As there is no such option from them, i convinced.
                                      When i went to showroom for helmet to pillion rider (My wife). Staff of the showroom denied to offer helmet of appropriate size. I. E, small (S). Adding to that they forced us to take the helmet which is not suitable, and warned us to write a letter mentioning that we have opted out helmet if we don't take the helmet. However we managed leaving the showroom safely without writing any letter
                                      They've even challenged us to raise a complaint.
                                      As a customer we have not expected such behavior from royal enfield. We only expected to use the complimentary in the best possible way rather than shelving it.
                                      So i kindly request you to arrange a complimentary helmet of small (S) size and provide better customer experience. Thanks for taking time to read this.

                                        I got a new royal Enfield gunmetal in the month of October 2018 due to some problem my break were damage. I don't know what was the problem when i went to the service centre every mechanic told something different to me and couldn't give me the correct information about what was wrong.Atlast one of there mechanic showed me what went wrong and told me that disc wire has to be changed as it has been damage. I told them that it is a new bike how it can get damage after little conversation i told them to change it. They told that they don't have the stock and told ne that they will order it.After 12 days I called the manager he told me to come after 2 days after 2 days when i again called the manager he said that he will check the warehouse and inform me whether the product has come or not.He told me that he will inform me after 1 hr.After 2 hrs i called the manager he didn't picked up the phone. Till now my vehicle has not been repaired.I request you take action against them and solve my problem.
