Avoid buying this Brand (Skoda) if you want to enjoy "Peace of mind". The Company and dealers have real bad attitude. They don't and wont fix things that can make their as well as customers lives better. They first come out pretending to help you and when they can't sort out their own mess they blame each other and hand the bill of their faults to you. The cost of spares is so high, its not worth owning this Headache....

I've booked for a Skoda Rapid 1.6 TDI CR Elegance Model on 14.12.2011 with M/s. Mahavir Auto Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. by paying the booking amount of Rs. 50,000/- vide cheque no. 633087 dated 14.12.11 and receipt no. SS 1537/ 14.12.11. Hi,

I owned Skoda Fabia. 6 month before EPC pump was damage therefore I was forced to replace it even though there was no other internal damage which could point to this part demage. I paid 32000 for replacing the pump.
Now after 6 months oil pipe which is connected to stireeing pump was damage and company again forcing me to replace. On top of this, for past 3 weeks my car is waiting for part delivery. I sent 2-3 followup...

Skoda is a car that you should never even think of buying ...all this German technology is just a catch phrase .sometimes i feel this is actually being shipped out of china . it is bad in terms of body work (rattling noise ) worst than 20 year old taxi and they are not able to fix it even after attending it 2 times
And service guys are out to rip you ( skoda genuine parts sold outside for 21 K is charged at 40 at the service station...

i had given my Skoda for service and they charged for the Oil change but i found Oil has not been chaged or changed with old Oil as after 3400 kms of running i had to change again the Oil.
in Pune Please avoid Asset Auto for Car service as they are not doing anything and charging the customers which can lead to your own safety. as Skoda being a performance car it can fail on High speeds due to laps or negligence performed during service....
