Pathetic service by Skoda dealers in Bangalore

Have owned a Skoda car for about 6 years now, firstly an Octavia RS and now a Superb. The cars are absolutely well made and are great cars. The dealer experience however sucks. everytime I have to interact with a dealer, I kick myself & wish I had not bought the car. Tafe in Bangalore should stick to selling tractors - they have no concept of managing customer expectations for a high end retail product. Skoda claims they are "obsessed...

I Have purchased Skoda Laura - Ambiente TSI on February 2011. While Selling the car Executives from the Tafe Access Ltd. gave me the price list along with the specification and standard equipment. It is clearly mentioned that Front Fog Lamp is a standard equipment in the Model I have purchased but the delivered to me has no Front Fog Lamp, instead it is been fixed with the pvc grill.

I have already brought this to the notice...

faulty exhaust and a/c system

i ve been using preowned skoda superb registration no. MH-04-CT- 8900,The car has some problem in its exhaust and a/c , which inspite of complainting and getting repaired for 3 times over the period of 15 months

Substandard Product

Hi , I am driving Skoda Octavia from November 2009. I must say this is the worst decision i have taken to purchased substandard vehicle at Rs 1200000. my agony started after driving the vehicle for 25000 km , There was a noise in brake and i got the car checked at Giriraj Motors Gurgaon, and as per them the brake shoe and disc pads are gone and need to replaced , which i did after paying Rs 11000, since the noise in the car was very common...

Car caught fire

My Skoda Octavia diesel car bought less than three years ago caught fire yesterday due to an apparent technical fault and was burnt to ashes in minutes. There was no CNG or LPG fitted in the car. Our lives got saved by a split second as we noticed smoke on getting down from the car. The car was well maintained, in original condition and serviced in the authorised service centre just two weeks back.

What does a consumer do...

Say NO TO SKODA Fabia

I am one of the owners of SKODA Fabia, I am undergoing through hell for driving that car. I recently saved with big accident where my breaks are not working at high speeds.

There are enough complains on this forun about breaks, AC, engine noise etc.. Search with "SKODA Fabia complaints". On top of all pathetic service from Mahavir Auto.

So I recommend to Say NO TO SKODA.

hi there is big issue of gearbox in new superb ,as ur car can get stuck anywhere without any warning signal.I was the sufferer,luckily it happened in warranty period.Still its more than a week my car is in garage without any call from skoda.

dealer cheated by delivering the Dec-2010 model fabia in the month of MArch-2011

I have purchased fabia classic on 07.03.2011 from mahavir autodiagnostics(p) ltd, Jubilee Hills showroom, hyderabad. with tr no.AP 09 UG TR 9146.

Service Quality Complaint - Krishna Agarwala - Skoda Laura (2008) - MH04 DN 1392

I am appalled at the level of after sales service from Skoda dealership JMD (Andheri East and Kandivali) Mumbai.

I had purchased a Skoda Laura Ambiente 1.9 in February 2008 from Nummer Eins. Registration number is MH04 DN 1392. It has only been serviced by Skoda Authorised service centers.

Poor sales and service

I would like everyone to warn about the purchase of any Skoda car. The experience of it after the full payment will be horrible. At every step you would encounter a delay and zero response. The attitude is polite but with no results be it registration, buying of genuine accessories, fitment of genuine accesories so far. i am sure that the experience on the servce fronts wont be encouraging from the past expereince of buying....

Non-availability of spare parts

I approached Skoda Superb Dealer JMD Auto, Khairani Road, Sakinaka and requested them to get me two rear view glasses as it got stolen.

It is now more than two months and they are unable to procure the glasses.Then are not paying ant attention to my request.

reqd turbo pipe internal washer / rubber ring

I have skoda laura model 2006 and living in patiala 70 km fro chandigarh.The turbo pipe internal washer/rubber ring is damaged and the car at patiala when we go to agency krishna automobile chd first he said wait for an haour we will provide you the washer/rubber ring but after an hour they said you should have to purchase the whole turbo pipe which cost around Rs 5000 and i think if the simple washer is available then why we buy whole pipe...
