My Xperia C self cracked itself . I was shocked at the very sight of it. Later on I searched on the internet and I found that there are many similar cases of self cracking. Being a loyal sony customer I was astonished as to how sony can have such a flaw in one of its flagship model. But then I thought since the phone is just one year old a company like sony would definitely replace my screen. I went to the service centre

    Respected Sir, I purchased mobile phone of Sony experia c(c2305) from reputed mobile store where store persons hidden about storage capacity. I thought as the value of device was rs.16090 and we would have every possible things like good RAM, Storage capacity, camera and many more.But after using mobile for sometimes i got to realized that in my mobile storage capacity is very poor its only 1gb showing, which is very disgusting. When i got to go there, store persons told some different stories that as these phone is android version, its take more capacity to download all apps and hence my phone showing 1gb and also least bother to listen my issues.Invoice no:1077/34300 and dated:30/09/14.       Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you since last 1 month (i.e 30th Dec.2014), I am facing probem in my handset (regarding Mike Issue) & till now no solution has been provided by SONY Authorized Service Centres (N.R.I Electronics, Ghaziabad & [censored]ji Telecom, Gurgaon).I have wasted 3 days of my leave in this activity of visiting service centres. Instead of providing the solution, they are mis-guiding the customer & passing the buck.Such type of response is not at all expected & acceptable from SONY. Problem Background /Description : To rectify the problem of Mike Issue (i.e My Voice is not audiable to receiver but receiver voice is audible to me), I had submitted my set to N.R.I Electronics, Ghaziabad on 10.01.2015, they updated the software even though problem not solved & they re-commended me to visit the Delhi Office situated at Mohan Estate.I visit there & they said that we can't repair your set here directly.You submit your set to service centre, then they will send us.At Delhi Office (A-31 MICE, Mathura Road), I meet Ms.Mamta[protected] & Mr.Uttam Chandra & they had given me the assurance that you will got a standby set from service centre once you submit your handset for Job Sheet Issuance.I again visited [censored]ji Telecom, Gurgaon & they denied to provide the standby handset. Bill details is also attached for your reference. My exceptation from you are as follows : Please provide stand-by handset during the time period for which my handset is with you for repairing. Consider the repairing expense of my handset under my handset warranty. Kindly re-solve the issue at the earliest or suggest me what should I do in this case.         I have bought one home theatre DAV-TZ-215 on may 2014, from 02.01.2015 my Home theater got problem in No Power, I have given compliant to your customer care on 02.01.2015, one of your service person ( Mr.Tamil ) came to my home on 07.01.2015 and he taken the home theater for service center on same day, after 2 day's I have contacted to your service center but no one ready to response for my queries and nobody know about my compliant status they are continuously transferring the phone to some person, even then in your service center no one knows about the compliant or solution for my queries and they don't have courtesy to call back and inform about my compliant and I am continuously calling to service center form 7th to 20th Jan 2015.After then they informed me on 22nd it well be serviced and we will delivery it on same day and I requested them to delivery on 23rd but till it is not happened.I am calling them form 23rd to till date 29th Jan 2015 no one is responding to call.(Mr.Sathish, Jaikumar )So kindly take the necessary action and delivery the product immediately.

        My Same model system started making issues and company service guy informed mother board to be repaired @11K against complete system of 13K.
        Better u change Sony Product considering heavy service charges being asked by company.

          My Xperia Z1 compact self cracked itself on Saturday night (24th january) I was shocked at the very sight of it. Later on I searched on the internet and I found that there are many similar cases of Xperia z1 compact self cracking. Being a loyal sony customer I was astonished as to how sony can have such a flaw in one of its flagship model. But then I thought since the phone is just 6 months old, a company like sony would definitely replace my screen. I went to the service centre ([censored]ij telecom, gurgaon) and that guy refused to even have a look at it. I went to the service centre after the toll free number assured me that it would be taken care of. I am really disappointed and angry at the events which have taken place. Why should I pay money for something which was not my fault? z1 compact is one of the flagship models. When I pay close to 35000 for a phone, least I expect is performance and in case of a flaw, good service. But completely ignoring and acting as if there is no problem with the design is completely wrong.

            Your customer s.Srinivasa rao has purchased sony ex-520 led 32 inches tv from pavani digital shoppe on 09.05.2014 having serial no.2475727 model.
            The tv in august 2014 was not working and immediatly informed the pavani digital shoppe and they advised to call toll free number. They informed that the local representative will attend. The local representative informed that this will cost rs.18000/- to rs.20000/- for repairing the panel. The subject defect though is under warrenty the defect was not rectified. Again in january, 2015 we contacted toll free number and given complaint no.23225390. They also told that the defect costs around rs.14, 000/-.
            Kindly rectify the defect failing which i will be constrained to attend to consumer form / mass media / legal notice.
            Kindly do the needful for rectifying the defect.

              my sony bravia 48W600B vid Sr no3261435. bought on august 15 2014 and its giving problem in 1st week of jan lonched complain. After 3 days service engg came seeing the blinking red light he said pannel has to be replace. which they can able tell when i lodge the complain. Any way till date not a single reply from there side. always buying time. this is worst response from service part. Investment of 840000 gone in vein never prefer SONY BRAND un trustworthy.

                  customer name - Raja Mishra Ticket ID:[protected] Job no: W[protected] i purchased my phone on 18/11/2014 after some days my phone screen damaged .then i went to Sony service center in rajkot.its name DHAVANI SALES &SERIVCES .they examined my phone and told that they will inform me about the estimate after 3/4 days Till 5 days they did"t inform me about my estimate then i called them and then they gave my estimate. i gave my phone for repairing on 08/01/2015 and today is 28/01/15 till today they didnot give a single call .For any sort of correspondence's. My request from the company is EITHER TO RETURN OR REPLACE THE HANDSET WITHIN TWO DAYS . OTHER WISE I HAVE TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT .PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL REGARD: RAJA MISHRA MOBILE NO:[protected]

                    I bought Sony bravia LED tv on 1Sep 14. with In 10dcustomer care on daily basis but I only it became un serviceable. It has been repaired 9 times since then. They have tried changing Its it has display, cards n even the software but breaks down within 10 days. Now since 22dec It has been lying with their service centre at bhatinda. Last one month I have mailed to them for replacement of tv. Ihave sending regular mails to even service head and have been calling up customer care on daily basis but has not yielded any result

                      I brought Sony Experia Z1 which is costing around 35000/-rs and within 4 months i faced 5 times problem with the same model. I tried to communicate with the company but the response from them is very arrogant. I even communicated to the regional office in Cochin and Bangalore. But still no proper action is being taken from their side. I paid so much of money and running behind them and the customer care people are threatening to take the refurbished or scratched mobile from them . They even said the Indian Government/ Courts in India cannot do any harm to them. This kind of aRrogant and threatening attitude am being faced from the Sony Indian Customer care and from the regional offices. I tried to Contact Mr. Sikander of Cochin Office and Mr. Vinod, Area Service Manager of Bangalore. Mr. Vinod is not even responding to my calls and the response from the bangalore authorised service centre is very bad. I gave them a new un scratched hand set for repair and after repairing they are giving me a fully scratched one. This is how a customer is been treated by SONY. Giving below the details of all the Service job requests, Bill and other details. All the 3 times I gave in Sony authorised service centre in Trivandrum and the details are being attached. Now this time i gave in Bangalore - SONNET Sony authorised office. Am giving the Service Job request No Also- W[protected]. I like to have some relief from this issues, from the time i brought this mobile am facing critical problems.                         Dear Sir/Ma'm My self Nafisa Bano Ansari, I bought Sony T2 Ultra on 23/07/2014 from Varanasi.From starting i was facing facing some interrupted communication problem in my mobile but i thought it may be network problem then i have changed my mobile but same SIM was working excillent in manner in other mobiles, hardly i can hear voice of other party so much disturbance was introducing during communication. 1- Then Iwent to Libra Technicom Service center in Varanasi, they told to update the softare then service Engineer updated the software but problem was not resolved, 2-Again after fifteen days I wemt to service center, again he told me there is some setting problems then what he did in my mobile settings but problem was still present in my mobile. 3-On 06/12/0204 again I went to service center then he submitted my mobile and said there is front speaker problem in mobile, after three days i called up to service center to get service status of mobile he told me some times will take because spare part is not available, spare part will come from head office/NEW DELHI.After ONE HOUR message comes from service center to collect the mobile (your mobile is repaired, ready for collection).I collected my mobile but during use of mobile i found same problem exist in mobile JOB Sheet no-W[protected] 4-Next on 27/12/2014 I went to Libra Technicom again submitted my mobile .On 06/01/2015 I had recieved my mobile but same promblem was exist. JOB Sheet No-W[protected] 5-Next on 08/01/2015 I submitted my mobile JOB Sheet no-W[protected] from dated 08/01/2015 till now i have not recieved my mobile.I am trying to contact customer care all Sony sevices supports but no one interested to solve my problem. Now I am not satisfied with services provided by Sony Service Cervice because siply they make fool to people, Thats why I had requested to SONY CARE to replace my mobile but everyone related to SONY xperia not supported me all people are harresing me .                           I bought a xperia z ultra a month ago, ie- December, 2014. A week ago I noticed that usb port cover on my phone was not properly closing. On taking a closer look I saw that the rubber on the cover (which I think was for that water resistant one) was missing. Or might have accidentally fallen off while charging. I got 3 numbers from just dial of which only 1 number was available other 2 where not reachable So called the sony service centre situated at sakchi jamshedpur jharkhand, but no 1 picked up. Then yesterday evening i went to the service centre. As i entered i saw 3 counters and a song halkat jawani was being played in a very high volume which was very annoying . there were 2 customers attended by two of the workers sitting on the counter . the third one was watching videos and laughing also disturbing the other. worker who was attending a customer. That customer was really angry and impatient i could clearly see that on his face. When i asked the 3rd worker who was watching video she asked me to wait for some time and i will be attended by anyone of the two as if she was busy. After waiting for 45 minutes finally my turn came and i explained her my problem. She said me that it would take 15 days or more for fixing my problem and i will have to give my phone to them for the same 15 days or more. It hardly took 30 seconds for her to say this to me. So i waited for 45 minutes just to hear this. She was not paying full attention towards my problem and laughing and enjoying as if they were in a picnic. I was really angry and upset by their behaviour and i was about to leave then a thought came into my mind of calling the service centre again. So once again i called them standing at the gate of the service centre to see what happens and as i expected the same thing happened the phone was ringing inside service centre and no one "c a r e d" to pick it up. this continued for 3 calls. The same evening i went to a local service centre 5 minutes far from my house and they fixed it with a genuine sony usb port cover in 10 minutes charging 260 rupees. In short i'm complaining about the service centre situated at jamshedpur jharkhand- About the workers who I believe are supposed to attend a costumer with full attention rather than watching videos laughing as if they were in a picnic. I hope u would do the needful as soon as possible.

                              My name is raja i am from rajkot near gujrat i buy my new phone sony xperia z1 at nov 2014 after couple of months my phone is damaged then i submitted my phone toh sony authorised service center at DHVANI SALES AND SERVICE A/2 PARAS ESTATE OPPOSITE ASHOK METAL TAGORE ROAD GUJRAT RAJKOT 360002 ON 8 january they ask me that they will me give a estimate of repairing set or delivery report within two days but they didnt call me yet but i call it many times then they said at every calll we deliver your phone within 2 to 3 days bt stilll they did not deliver my phone...or they did not give me a spare phone...reagards RAJA MISHRA [protected]

                                The glass used by Sony xperia Z for display is absolutely weak. I was cleaning the sides of display and suddenly there was a crack in the glass. The crack suddenly spread to half of the display and "touch" of the mobile stopped working. I didn't expect this quality from a Sony mobile phone. Please take the required actions against the concerned authorities.

I gave my digital camera in sony service center (pranank electronics) vijayawada.repeatedly I'm calling the contact numbers given in service job sheet.nobody is attending.but many times call waiting message is coming.vijayawada is 200 km away from kakinada.If i have to go all the way to vijayawada just to get the information it costs me a lot of money and time.please take proper action.                                     I bought xperia z ultra for 41000 on 15 dec 2013, it stopped working on Oct 2014, now its around 4 months Sony is unable to give the replacement for the same. Service centre ticket ID number is w[protected]. Sony service centre and sony customer care helpline[protected], says you will shortly receive a new phone as it is under warranty and cannot be repaired, but nothing is happening. 41000 is not a small amount, please help.

                                    sony company sells their defected pieces in India only because in other countries government follows rules strictly. so, sony company cant sell their defected pieces in other countries

                                      I had purchased my SONY Xperia L for Rs. 16000/- from Flipkart little over a year ago. In just 13 months, it stopped working ... started getting heated up ... its Camera stopped working ...its battery started draining ...I gave it to their Service Centre (Borivli-West). They charged me Rs 350/- and did not do anything ! Neither solved any of the problems ...!! Then on my request they just reset the mobile ...but was of no use ... all problems continued ...I changed to a new battery ... that also started draining !! There is NO provision for OTG connection ... so much so, in this (so called Android smart phone) mobile, it is not possible to store data directly on (external) SD card ...!!! My over 2 years old Micromax Canvas 2 has all these features and cost much less !! SO MY DEAR FRIENDS, PLS. DO NOT GO BLINDLY AFTER BRANDS ... IN INDIA THEY JUST DUMP GARBAGE AND CHARGE YOU FOR GOLD ...!! AT LEAST SONY DOES THE SAME ...WILL THE COMPANY REPLACE IT WITH A NEW FEATUREFULL SET ??

                                        Dear sir, I purchased "sony xperia M2 dual" on 3rd of January 2015.. The very next day I had to submit it at your service centre as its slim slot-1 was not working.. I was assured that it will be replaced within next 3 working days.. But unfortunately nothing like this happened till today.. This is really not expected from such a renowned company like yours.. I am very much disappointed with whatever happened with me.. Kindly take immediate actions as I cannot bear anymore.. thanks Mrs. Sunita Sharma
