I ve purchased this laptop 3 months back, 3 times problem had occured and 3 time i have given this laptop in sony service centre. problem in laptop was, sometimes it gets switched off and doent gets switched on for 2-3 days. service centre had reinstalled OS and formatted also still the laptop was getting hanged and working very slow. Again i m facing same probem and i have requested for replacement of the piece. the service centre is not ready to take the laptop for replacement instead advising me to go to main Andheri branch. Please help in this matter.

    i have written complaint to sony many times regarding the faulty customer service they had provided and also called on their customer care but no response i am getting till now.my sony laptops switch wasnt working told to customer service center he charged rs22000 and told that i have replaced the mother board .The problem was still their in the system and also the laptop had a new problem of showing a line on the screen, told him to correct this issue and then give the laptop that person told its your problem not mine, told him we had paid huge amount of getting it repaired and at the time of delivery itself the line was their .Complaint to sony no replies and they keep closing the case.please help me as i have been cheated by sony customer service center which is situated in co-naught place in delhi named f1 solutions

      I purchased a Sony Wrist Watch (MN2) through online Site (Flipkart) as on 24.Jul.2014.After 3 month the same not getting on so i gave the product to its authorised Service centre as on 06.Dec.2014.they checked the same and found out the product is complaint, So they register the complaint and give a Replacement Order for the same.But now these is more than one month i didn't get the product yet.So please help me

        where I bought a new Xperia z ultra..on 5 jan 2015 .And cover is also free with the mobile phone and it also Mentioned on the box. But they didn't gave me the cover because they don't have Stock at time... according to his statement covers are provided by company from back end and till today they just keep telling me that there is no stock at back end. its more than a 16 days now...           I have purchased SONY XPERIA DUAL M (Model No. C2004) from Shop : Mobile Shopping Mall, Kotwali Chowk, Bhagalpur, Bihar on 21.01.2014 vide Invoice No. 1443. In October, suddenly, my mobile became switched off and after some time it has been restarted. After that I am suffering same problem again & again. I visited Sony Service Centre situated at E- mall, Kolkata. The girl there checked my battery only and told me that your battery become obsolete. On my request, she tried another battery and my mobile started working. On asking replacement of battery, she shows me a little red sign in battery and told me that it means liquid damage and not covered under warranty period. But my mobile never gone in water and never become weted. She told me that might be due to moisture or sweat and not covered under warranty. I have not argued there so much due to lack of time. After that I have purchased new battery but having same problem. I was so busy at that time and send my brother there. Same story they told him and even not checked my mobile. Even they told that it will take Rs. 350/- for checking as it is liquid damage. I am so busy and even did not get time to mail you and have suffered a lot. Now, my question is that How a small red mark qualify liquid damage. And if it is so then how without getting wet the mobile have liquid damage. And, if it is due to moisture then is it my fault or your mobile. If mobile have liquid damage then how it is working sometime on charging. I am very much suffered. I am not expecting these services from a reputed and well know brand SONY. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise, I have to visit consumer court.             I am using sony z1 and my warranty just got expired last month, I have used the phone to take couple of photos under water and all the ports was clased at that point of time, took some pics and came back . On the way back home the phone just stoped on a sudden . When I reached home I saw some droplets indise the ports . I kept my phone aside for a day to dry and I switched on .display was dim no light for the display . I can use the ph by using other phones light . Touch and all are working ... my complaint is that I use the in water and not more than 1meter and my phone is unable to use . I want to file a complaint against your company . And sony service centre is not repairing or replacing the display and we are forced to buy a new phone at a 20% discount rate . I thing this is a strategy of the company to make the customers stay on to the company . I need to get my phone repaired by the sony

            Sony is cheating the people by highlighting the device( sony z1 ) by its waterproof function . I was cheated . And I am forced to change my device to another sony device by 20% discount. They are not repairing the product and forcing to go for their new product . If we are not accepting this request I can only dump my phone and a waste of 41000 rs so I am compelled to so and buy a new phone from sony . Should take action against this cheating. And I should get my phone repaired by them

              Hi Team, I am very much disappointed that the mobile I purchased is not starting now and is dead from last more than 4 months. I started facing the issue within 6 months of the purchase but it got fixed automatically. I will appreciate if you could look into the issue and check what caused this issue and fix it immediately. Now I have submitted the phone to service centre and your support already have report. In my eyes you sold out a defected set. Please track and check through IMEI or anything that when the problem started. I have a basic use of the phone and it still looks very new as I did not used it much. Most of the time it was off due to this issue. Let me know if I need to reach out to someone who can help you. I have another phone which is 8 years old now I am using that from last more than 4 months. I raised this ticket to your support but they are real Ticket No: [protected] Model: C2305 IMEI No: [protected] Please do not write sentence like below as I escalating this issue now and I want the resolution as soon as possible. "The warranty has expired now and you need to pay for it to get the board replaced. And you are not able to check what caused this issue". Regards Brijesh

                i had given my sony xaperia M smartphone to the customer care service centre(ballabgarh, chawla colony)...there were three problems in my phone...1-software update 2-receiver speaker 3-rear camera...they only succeed in repairing my receiver speaker's problem and dont even look at my other ones...this is the worst phone service i'hv ever had...i am really not satisfied with sony ceyare...they dont look at my complaint seriously and delay in work...as i hav given my fone on monday and they told me to pick it up on saturday but they just and ...say to take it on another day and after and even more tym then i got my phone wednesday...please take my complaints seriously and repair my phone ASAP.

                  Dear Sir, I had given my Sony xperia compact mobile for the below mentioned complaints.Till now i didn't get any information from the service center.Almost two weeks over.I want to know the status of my mobile complaint.And also when i will get my mobile return back after solving the complaints raised. The complaints was already raised before 1 week.The service center peoples are done software installation.After that also the problem not solved.                     We have purchased a high end SONY LED tv KDL 46EX 520. Our usage is average to minimal.The TV was purchased in March 2011. The issue is few days back the screen display started shaking. We lodged a complaint with the SONY center the job card no is J50108801 After one day the technician visited us and after looking at it he told the panel needs to be changed. The estimate given to us was 29K Rs.which is very high.Additionally we were told it would take more than 15 days to change the part and we need to pay some amount in advance. On the top of it the part carries only 1yr guarantee and could break down again. We need help from SONY to sort out this issue at the earliest before we loose faith in this brand

                      Brought BDV-N990W[protected] system in Nov 2012, with Bravia TV. But from very 1st week was facing HDMI Cable issue. As per Sony Technical advisor replaced HDMI cable multiple times including with Sony HDMI cable but problem continue. Even Sony authorized technical person instead on replacement of HDMI repeatedly. Finally system was taken to Sony Service station "Sri Sai Electronic" Vashi. And service station quote Rs 9000/- for main board replacement & it's was identified issue product was out of warranty. Sony service team mislead first by not giving actual solution & only provide solution only after product out of warranty. Even accessory are not recorded in system, when tried to installed system trans receiver was missing. When asked for trans receiver service station engineer Mr Rajesh & Manager Mr Suhas denied. Again customer has to suffer. Sony been trusted Brand it was not expected for such big product quality issue. Worst product & worst service. Even spoken to Chandrashaker Rahul (Service Head West region ) multiple times regarding product issue. But of no use. Service station interested in part replacement & service revenue generation. Finally customer suffers in term of money, time & worst quality product. In future will definitely look for alternative brand but not Sony. And also recommend others not to buy Sony product. Today not able to use system. Arun D

                        Dear All, I bought a new Sony Xperia C-3 on 26-Nov-2014 and from the third day I have been facing problems with this mobile. Its camera is worst than a normal VGA camera. The colour of body is fading like anything. The mobile is getting hang during a call. The battery is getting heated up and also it drains off in less than a day. The worst part is I took the mobile to a Sony service centre (Tiruavalla-Kerala-India) branch they kept the mobile with them for three days and after that they return without even repairing instead they have cracked my mobile from the top corner . And now when I am took my mobile back to them they are denying to take it and same is the case with the Kottayam branch. They are saying it cannot be repaired. Job number- W[protected] Complaint number- 1-[protected] I am really ashamed of saying that I am using a Sony mobile and I will make sure each and everyone knows about it. I just want my money back.                           hello sir, I have bought mobile phone Xperia Z3 but display was cracked accidently. So, I have gone to sony service centre for repair. It was repaired after 21 days with some mistakes like dust in camera window and there was a gap found in back side battery cover. Then I have returned that phone. It was repaired after 23 days with same problem by best technicians of sony. so, I had to give that phone for repair at same day on delivery. Since 22nd November, 2014, I am facing this problem because of best technicians of sony. My phone service details are as: job no. date delivery date amount paid B1W[protected] Nov 2014 13 Dec[protected].87 W[protected] Dec 1014 06 Jan 2015 W[protected] Jan 2015 continue... I need sufficient response from your best solution makers.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, We are very much disappointed when our Sony TV Bravia got Display problem. and now we faced so much problem afterwards also.( Nothing like customer support) Model no- KLV-24R402A Serial No- 4456252 Purchase date[protected]. Therefore, after complaint we self delivered the same and also self taken back from service centre. We requested them that we will wait for whole day(Sunday) till problem will be cleared. . but they did not agree and told that they will call us on Tuesday. Now according to them they called me on same day itself (sunday) but according to them my phone was not reachable.. Now i called them on Tuesday( nobody called me till 3 pm Tuesday) and asked for the issue.: Issue according to them : Mother board faulty. and repair charges is 5700/- We ignored to give this charges as our purchase is 13500/- and repair cost is 6000/- within 14 months. i strongly believe this is not done..Complete disappointment and lots of trouble. Dealer : Star Electronics B-3 Block, Community Centre, Naraina Vihar, Near C Block, Gurudwara Delhi. We are always fond of Sony products. Now i humbly request that kindly take some suitable action and provide us some better solution. We look forward for your best possible action in favour o[censored]s as earliest.                             I bought Panasonic TV.
                            and i will never look Sony brands anymore ..and strongly recommend Panasonic/Samsung/LG other brands instead of sony to all my near dear ones.

                            Never go for Sony anymore in my life.

                              Hello i am sony xperia t2 user
                              I many time visited service center to solve my battary issue but they always update my phone software. After some days battery has same issue. They talk me very rudely. I think i had mistake to purchase sony product. I am tired of going servive center, so i want to change my battery in warrenty period. I purchase phone in 26 july 2014. There are some days remain to end battery's warrenty. Please change my phone's battery.

                                My sony headphone with model number= MDR-ZX100A stopped working properly, so i requested for replacement through sony service centre, patna but when i recieved replacement I got another headphone with different model name= MDR-ZX100A/WC(IN) and the product was different from my original product, please help

                                  I bought Sony headphone from Paytm. The model number is Sony XB450. In market this model is having different price tag for each of the colors. I bought the red one which is of highest cost(on most of the websites). After 1 month my headphone stopped working. Sony replaced the product but provided me white variant as replacement. The white one was available at 1400 inr while I paid 1775 inr just to get the red color. Please help. I want the variant which I bought and paid for.

Sony brava 24' leledtv from snapdeal ltd on june 2014 but since last few days screen show black and white visit the Sony authorized service center engineer that start the ledo tv and take photo of led and told me that pannel is dead we replace it next day i coll to centre and ask the date of replacement they told we have order of that screen after some hour they colled me and say it replaced out of warranty please look into the matter I have all recoding of these transction er.[protected]@gmail.com. Xperia C2305 IMEI No. [protected] purchase date : 10 Aug 2014 Bill No. 492 Shop Name : Aditya Enterprises, Kota As told by the shopkeeper, the internal storage is 4 gb but actual internal storage is 1 gb... whenever i download any application it is showing error / insufficient space.. and updates are not running... while the 8 gb SD card is not at all loaded with the application / data. It is not transferring the data to SD card... I have given the set to the service centre vide ticket no. [protected] dated 2/1/2015 and did the software update but the problem still continues while some applications are not working and hanged on... I am facing a lot of problem with the set... please provide the solution...

                                        MY work order No- W[protected], and ticket ID [protected] dated[protected]. Dear Customer Care Department, This is to inform that undersign had given my personnel mobile (Xperia-Z1) to Sony service Center at West Medinapur- West Bengal (Video Plaza) on[protected] with below listed complaints. 1. High Frequency Music gets distorted which was not originally so.(this was one of major factor to consider this set with other available options) 2. Voice quality was not clearly received to other end, (to whom I am talking with). 3. Voice quality is low both in normal & speaker mode. 4. Screen brightness gets disturbed some times. 5. Battery discharge in 3-4 hrs. 6. Camera quality is poorer that Samsung Grand-2, although Sony Xperia Z1 is 20 MP camera & other is only 8 MP. Response from Service Center. • First of all front desk officer did not listed each of above problems & only listed selected, ensured me they will care in totality. • There was no one to guide as how to take back up, as same was advised to take by customer care while request for ticket ID. • When I asked for How to take a backup, than from office person replied that I have to do that with in myself, resulting I could not take back up prior to hand over my Phone. • On[protected], when I got SMS that my system is ready, I visited again to pick up my phone & asked what are corrective action taken against each of my reported problem. In response concern technical team person only informed me that, your phone was formatted. • When I asked why phone was formatted as in system all things was showing updated, & I was not being informed about same, that is why I was not bothered to take back up, while when service center person was not supportive as mentioned earlier, resulting my complete data, pic, video, sms are gone. • Concern technical person showed test mode & declared all is well nothing can be done except software upgrade. In view of not getting any solution of my given phone I had not taken my phone from service center, & shall be procuring a better phone if things are not resolved ASAP. In response to above Sony service center has informed that every thing is all right I can take back my mobile. Also My service ID [protected] is closed now. Manoj Shrivastava
