Hello, I have bought a Sony TV, model KDL-40NX720, about 4 hrs back and now the TV is not functioning properly. On complaining to the Service Center, I am informed that the panel is not working and needs to be replaced. The cost of replacing the panel is about Rs.28, 000/-. This is atrocious as we pay a premium to buy Sony product and then it does not give customer satisfaction. I request you to raise this with relevant authorities and help to get this set replaced.     Today I had the worst experience of my life and the saddest part is that I had it from Sony which I believed to be the Best in quality and service. I purchased a new Xperia Z3 compact which is considered to be one of the best (Flagship) phone from Sony available in the market today. The new Z3 compact is nothing less than a piece of crap from my experience(Make of the phone). Any cheapest Chinese or Korean phone available today in the market is 10 times stronger and reliable than the flagship phone Z3 compact. I purchased this new Z3 compact on 14/12 2014. In just one week I noticed a crack on the phone display. No one would even think it could be crack on a 44 k worth phone and I thought it could be a scratch on the scratch guard. I also had the phone protected with a scratch guard and back panel from Sony. In the second week I noticed air bubbles forming and I had to remove the scratch guard from my phone. I was shocked to death noticing the crack on the lower right hard corner on the front display. I was very careful with my phone, never dropped my phone, never hit my phone anywhere. I cant think of any incidents that could have cracked the display. I took the phone to the service centre and the hell starts there. I was informed that display issues are out of warranty and I may have to pay RS:19, 000 to replace the phone (Another 19K in just one week to service a 44K worth phone). I tried explaining to the service engineer that the crack was formed by itself. Service engineer replies that there are pressure points on the phone and the display can also gets cracked even if the phone is carried in your jeans pocket. I told him that I cannot afford to pay another 19 K after a week for a phone which is worth almost half a lakh. I wanted to know the reason for the self cracked screen and went online to know the reasons. I was very much shocked to see that the issue is not only with my phone. Self cracking display issue is one of the known issue with Xperia Z series and very common with Z3 compact. I called up Sony India customer which I would believe is worlds worst customer care. Even the domestic customer service centre in India is par better than Sony care. Those customer care in Sony does not know the meaning of politeness, professionalism and customer handling. Everyone I spoke to was rude and most often the call was placed on hold multiple times and disconnected abruptly. Promised call back was never honored. I still cant believe that I had these experience from Sony!!!. Sony never seem to listen to its customers. I 've seen a thousand customer reviews where customer had complained about this self cracking screen issue and that they would never buy another product from Sony because of the pathetic customer support experience and I have to agree with them. Today I called up the customer service centre again and was asked to pay Rs:9000 to change the display. Even if I am ready to pay can Sony guarantee that the issue may not happen again. I am still wondering why a company like Sony is never concerned about its customers. Why Sony is not addressing the self cracking issue with one of their so called flagship phone when it is a know issue. It is not one or two customers had this issue, thousands and thousands of customers had the same issue which proves it is the poor making and quality from Sony. I am still in shock and do not k now where to complaint and what to do about this issue. Any positive advice would be really appreciated.

      HELLO, I purchased a SONY EXPERIA E1 DUAL in August, 2014 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. After a few months of its use, The Phone Developed a Problem of Turning Off and On all by itself. Initially, I considered it a problem of Excessive Memory Storage, But, Even Though I reduced some, the Problem remained. Yesterday, On[protected], as I Completed Charging my Phone, It suddenly Switched of, As I tried to Turn It On, It Made a Weird Sound And Turned off Again! To my Surprise, the Phone Started Turning off and on Again And Again And Any Further Operation is Stopped. I, Therefore, Request You to Look Into this problem As Soon As Possible.           We brought a tv(sony bravia)in 2011 it has complited 5 years but there was a repair for two times, now again it gave a trouble so we contacted near by sony showroom, service man checked every thing there was a problem with picture tube and that costs 12000/-, as it is a branded company we brought that but that not even giving a good service.what should we do now?

            I bought a brand new Sony Xperia Z3 device by the first week of January. Unfortunately I am completely regret on it just after few days... (which I never expected from the brand Sony) A kind of rattling sound is hearing from my device just before 10 days onward whenever I shake the device and I don't have any idea what the hell it is. It's just like a loose contact near to the front side of SONY logo. It's very very disappointing and embarrassing experience even after I paid for the top model in the market... I contact the toll free number and customer care office after investing my further time and effort on it and same useless and pathetic revert. submit the phone, wait for 10 days, we will send it to HQ bla bla bla... They told me it's a hardware problem, which is a manufacturing defect. This is the experience to a customer who bought their top model for the top price !!! Frankly, I don't have any Idea on what kind of toys are coming in the market from Sony... Complaining even before completing 2 weeks are quite a lot disappointing... I am a very key person in my office, this is affecting my work and all my colleagues are aware about it and I am sure all of them and their dear ones got a message on these kind of brands. Good for them. I am expecting a quick action from Sony, to avoid other customer right actions... I need a quick repair or an urgent replacement.

              My Xperia C suddenly stopped charging one day, i had to adjust the charger to some extent so as to make it work. I thought that the problem was with my charger but when i tested with other chargers, i faced the same problem. The phone was 11 months old that time, so it was under the warranty period. I took it to an authorized Sony service center and miraculously my phone worked there!! They ignored my complaint and said that my phone works fine. I started using my phone thinking that the issue was auto resolved but it was not, after some days i started experiencing the same problem!! But this time my phone was out of warranty period, it had crossed 12 months. I took it to another authorized service center and they told that a motherboard replacement needs to be done which will cost me 7500 INR. I am surprised that if a charger port is not working, then can't it be fixed with soldering or any other technique ? Is motherboard replacement the only option left? I feel sad that after investing 21000/- on the phone, i have to spend 7500/- again to get motherboard replacement done!! This was NOT at all expected from Sony. I had purchased this phone with lots of hopes from Sony. On internet i am finding innumerable complaints related to Xperia charging Port issues. Now is this the quality which is leveraged by Sony that the phone starts showing its true colors within a year of purchase itself ?? I don't think it is acceptable for such a large company, meriting itself on its technological achievements when it fails at such a basic yet necessary function. I took utmost care of my phone, had wrapped it within a solid flip case cover and never even let it fall down. I never tampered with the port and used charger very cautiously, then why did this happen to my phone?? My question is - if these models can't even stand faultless for 1 year, then why are these heavily priced??? Even if i go now with motherboard replacement by spending 7500/-, what is the guarantee that i won't face this issue again ?? Would this keep continuing and Sony keeps profiting this way ?? I need urgent help and solution from Sony. I expect the service centers to stop emphasizing on motherboard replacement and start providing some other robust solution in lesser price.

                Date:23.1.2015:- Referring to my sony C3 handset problem I would like to bring your kindattention to my problem. I purchased sony C3 1.5 months before. When I took handsetSim was been put by seller into my cell by his own hands. Later it was showingnetwork continuously. But 4days before when I was trying to remove my sim itwas not removing and the tray was stuck. I went to your authorized servicecentre at Pimpri Chaitanya Electronics, Ticket ID[protected] date-19Jan, 2015.There was saying that just my tray is stuck & pl remove it. But I was beingasked to pay 170rs for a small service of sony. Neither my cell was having anydamage nor cosmetic damage, then why I had been made to pay 170 rs?? Icalled to your customer care on 19th itself & talked with Mr. Sandeep, he assured me that I don’thave to pay for this if my sim is removed without any damage to cell but stillI was not been supported by sony I had to pay for getting my cell back. I haveask just 1 question that is this the service given by sony to customers?? I wasloyal customer to nokia & Samsung but having an false brand image of sony Ihad made big mistake in buying sony phone. Also mysoftware was not updated but in job sheet & bill memo the engineer has writtenthat he has updated software. Regretting purchase of sony gadget.

                  Hi to everyone. I am Ramasubramaniyan and I bought my Sony Xperia Z1 on Juy 2014 in SonyCenter ( Anna Nagar) and I am using it for the past 6 months and I am totally satisfied by its performance. Before few days (jan'15) I just used my phone and kept it in front of me on the table and working in my computer and after sometime I took my phone for checking for notifications, but I am totally Shocked as I can see a Self crack formed inside my phone's screen and it is not felt on the top but it is visible at the inner layer of my screen and my touch totally stopped working. But I am quite confident as my phone is in warranty period. So I took it to one of the Sony Authorised Service Center at Anna Nagar (Vimas Intek). But there the service center not at all ready to listen to me, just by seeing it they are simply seeing it is not covered in warranty and they are asking me to pay 15k for it. They don't know to treat their customers. I don't know whether I had done any wrong thing here. I think its a punishment for me to pay 15K for just using a Sony's High end Smart phone. Its very clear to everyone that Sony's Xperia Z & Z1 have a problem of self cracking screen. But in the service center they are simply saying till now they haven't hear such kind of problems and they are not at all ready to take this as a complaint and escalate this issue. I am totally vexed up with Sony's Customer service. If this continued means surely Sony can't find a stable smartphone market Inda. Before that Sony had to take some decisions to resolve these issues. I am in a need of Sony's help. Hope Sony will help me !!!

                    Dear Sir, I have to inform you that the service provided by Authorized Service center of Sony which is addressed at ID Market, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar[protected] is very poor and fradulent in nature.I had bought sony xperia E3 dual 3 months before from sony center.My phone accidentally put into water on 18th jan 2015 just 30 secs and i was given it to service center on 20 th jan, they inform me on 21st jan that the phone has been dead and due that display and motherboard has totally damaged. The service center told me that the repairing charge will be around Rs 10000/-(Mother board & Display). So i took it return and gone to a local mobile repairing shop, the mechanic solve the problem within 30 mins and also for ur information there is no damage in display also and it cost only Rs 1500.Now i think how the service center cheat the innocent customer in fradulent nature. Therefore I need a compensation from the local service center, otherwise i will suit a case in consumer court.Take it seriously, I need the reply within 24 hrs.                       As citied above i placed an order with the sony authorized dealer on paying amount. But nobody has turned up to inform us about the order placed on being asked they say they will inform us. This is being continued. now im not even able to buy it with other dealers since i have already invested money with these people. So i request for atleast my amount to be refunded and its very embarassing they are cheating the customers.

                        TO SONY INDIA PVT LTD I Mr. Madan Lal, submitted my laptop on 22.11.14 (Model no. VPCEB16FG/B, Serial no. 7001627, Job no. J[protected] in PRANANK ELECTRONICS, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072, due to auto shutdown majorly. This laptop was returned on 25.11.14. when I checked the laptop, I found that the fan was making noise, which was not before.Taking this problem to the concerned service center to meet the technician, I was told that the technician who handled my laptop before, was not available at that time and this happened with me several times. On 19.01.2015, I met the manager of the concerned service center and reported him regarding this matter. He assigned it to another technician for shorting out the problem. He told that the fan need to be replaced which would cost around Rs. 6000/-. This time when I opened the laptop it was found that the battery is not at all working and this happened in the service center. So, I would request you to kindly solve this problem which was created in the service center or else kindly bare the responsibility of replacing the laptop with the corresponding items i.e., 1.                           I have purchase a sony mobile Experia dual E1 on 19.05.2014 .It was 1 year warranty .It first problem on 12.01.2015 than I deposited in authorised service centre at techno plaza at garia, 700084 phone[protected].They were solve mobile hardware and software problem on 1 week and return my phone .BUT I big confused when I meeting our office staff automaticaly switch stop and do not open this phone .It is lose my prestige in our office . I dont know what is the problem ?, because I am not a technician. I think sony is the bigest company in the world and good reputation of all category man and women of product .Please solve it, please solve it, please solve it.

In reference to the captioned phone please note that i bought my new phone as on 9-Jan-2015, and i got an concern from my friend on 13-Jan-2015 where in i got to know that the phone is BULDGE from left end bottom corner where in the aluminium body is popped out, being a very minor difference i couldn't judge at the first instance, However as the phone ranges to 35000 i raised my complaint on toll free number, and was been said to visit the service station. I visited the service station as on 16-Jan-1015 but it was closed however i generated the Ticket ID([protected]) secondly i visited again on 17-Jan-2015 & The complaint was raised at drive in road Ahmedabad also please find the attached copy for the SERVICE JOB SHEET(W[protected]. I couldnt visit on 14 and 15 being an Makarsankranti festival in Gujarat. The main concern to write on this email id is to get a concrete solution as the services through your service centers are just pathetic they say upfront on our face that they cant bear the loss and what not but i want an clear answer why a customer needs to bear this ...?? As the phone was buldge and its a defected Piece, which cannot be seen on the first instance, even the service guys could not recognize. Also the service guys forwarded our concern however they replied us that the phone is been hit by something.However the point is if you hit on something the corner get pressed rather than bulging out...?? I think that Sony dont make any human feeling phones that get swollen on getting hurt. Also there are no scratch around the buldge area coz if it is hit, scratches are about to be seen or say happen. Awaiting your soonest revert on the above matter as my phone is still lying with the Sony Service station in ahmedabad and its been days when i cannot use my own thing that i have purchased through my hard earned money. Hope the above is sorted soon as i can raise my voice and go to customer rights or media. Find the attached proofs against the matter as in the Service job sheet the photograph of the phone.                               Hi, I have a Sony Bravia TV, which I bought in 29th sept-2013. This TV has merely completed one year and 4 months.In this duration my TV went dead twice and the same component (Main Board) was faulty on both the occasion. Last time it took more than 20 days to repair it and for repair I had to call almost everyday to get it done. After the first repair my TV is dead again, now the service team has conveyed me that I will have to pay 5880rs for the repair. It is only 3 months 15 days after which this same component is faulty again. I am worried that if this is the durability of the component then I had made a mistake by buying this TV.If this will be trend and warranty period of only 3 months, I'll have to fork out good sum of money after every 3-4 months.                                   I have buy sony experia z1 before 1 month only few day there was too much scratch on my screen. Than I went to sony customers care to solve my broblem. But they reply we cant do any thing u have to go any mobile shop and solve your problem. They can change anti shutter film to remove scratch but they do nothing. With in worrenty period they cant solved my problem. Plz. Help me

                                    HELLO MY NAME IS Hari Chaudhary MY PHONE NUMBER :[protected] and I had purchased the Sony xperia C3mobile .even In My House we used All Sony’s Products, but last week my phone was dead due to water damged, it means not working and it was fully dead, my phone is under of Warranty so i had submitted that mobile on 19/01/2015 at Sony care center which is situated at Prahladnagar Barnch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat p and its named as Sunrise care solution. But they told me it not repaird because of water damage, even they are taking 113 Rs for rpair charge.. In this case what I can do.i do not have any option to Repair this phone .

                                        Hi Team, I bought a SONY LCD model no-KLV-32NX500 few years ago. Suddenly, the LCD stopped working. When checked it with Authorised sony service center, they said motherboard is not working of the LCD and it would charge 7500 for this part. We were okay with paying 7500 for the part as the LCD was out of warranty. However, then they said the part is not available with SONY. Now, the LCD is waste for us. The money is a total waste for us. I just want that SONY should replace the LCD with a new one, if they don't have the part available with them. This kind of scenario is total an example of not treating customer fairly. I am very unsatisfied with the response of Sony India. Sony as a brand is the one of the top brands we have cross the world and when you face such kind of issue, then it is very disappointing indeed. I have attached the repair receipt of the LCD. Hoping for a positive response, else, I have to go to Consumer court India. Regards, Rakesh Gilhotra
