I am using Sony Xperia Z C6602 mobile with IMEI NO:[protected].
As I have problem with the camera images(While taking pictures, some are not
clear), I approached the service centre, :Sharon Electronics, JP Buildings, No 5, Muthu Velappa Street, Tamilnadu, Erode- 638002, Phone:[protected], on 29.12.2014 with Job No:W[protected], showing
the poor quality images captured by the mobile, the service person at the centre told that we will make software update on the mobile and then check the condition of the mobile. On 30.12.2014 evening by 7.00PM, I received a message from the centre stating the mobile is ready for collection, I collected the mobile by the very next day (31.12.2014) morning.
Even after that software update, I had problems with the camera images, again I approached the service centre on 6.1.2015 with Job No:W[protected], stating still I am having the same problem in the camera images. The service person at the centre told again we will make software updation, and will take ten number of pictures continuously by using the mobile, if those ten pictures are clear mean, it indicate the mobile is in good condition (That will take a time period of three days, stated by the service person) . But the problem is while taking pictures, sometimes only the pictures are not clear, not all the time and there is no specific intervals between poor images captured by the mobile. I asked him, you are telling, you are going to take only ten photos, what will we do if the eleventh one or other photos are not clear mean. He didnot provide any response for that, he
repeatedly used to say I will take ten continuous photos only, if the pictures are clear mean, there is no problem in the camera, even after showing the poor images captured on the mobile. Already the software is updated only by 29.12.2014, I experienced the same problem, what can I do if the problem persist. I feel highly unsatisfactory about the response provided by the service personnel, is there any rule that guarantee if ten images are clear mean the camera on the mobile is ok. We have high image on Sony enterprise and the quality of the products offered by them, I request you to provide me a solution for the above said problem. Otherwise I have to repeatedly approach the service centre, they are going to do the same software update, again image problem, again visit to the service centre, so on. I expect a good reply for the above said problem from the well named Sony company as early as possible.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have handover my phone to service centre for charging connector repairing . However it was for the 2nd time for the same issue .
For the 1st time they had repaired as a changeable replacement for physical damage and now there is no point of physical damage but still they are asking me for the replacement charge .
I strongly feel this problem been occurs due to the worst product fixed by your service centre and they again change me money for the replacement.
Being a Market leader in Mobile handset Sony should not harass his customer .
