Housing complex Fraud by builder and SBI

Hi

I am a resident of Thane district, Mumbai, India.
My parents have booked a flat 4 years ago in one of the projects by Ganpatey Developers in Thane(W). The developer involves 4 partners. One of them is MD of India Lead Ltd. Company.
The land on which the project was built belonged to this company. The company had taken a load from State Bank of India against this land for its normal operations at other factory...

selling duplicate watches

I am the latest victim of these frauds. I had purchased a so called Swatch watch. The watch is a cheap imitation of the watch and even does not look like a real watch to me let alone Swatch.

I tottaly agree SUE THEM FOR MENTAL HARRASSMENT AND REFUND OF MONEY WITH INTEREST. THATS THE REMEDY. AND ALSO AWARENESS BE CREATED FOR OTHER PEOPLE. SBI CREDIT CARD OFFICIALS SHOULD ALSO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE DAMAGE CAUSED OF THEIR COMPANY...

I have saving bank account in SBI palacode branch of Dharmapuri distrct.my account No [protected] and ATM card No is 6220180. I have lost my ATM card when I was traveling please lock my ATM card .

non delivery of card

Few months back I was approached at Vashi, New Mumbai, Croma Shop for applying for a Croma card. As the matter was related to TATA, i showed my interest and applied for the same. Then I received one PIN through courier which was followed by several SMS to my mobile relating to the despatch of the card. One month has gone and the card has not yet been delivered to me. Account Opening

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was trying to get a new account opened for my mother with SBI, Indiranagar branch (near to BSNL office). I have submitted all the required enclosures, but I was told to submit an additional photo ID proof as the applicant doesn't have a PAN. Applicant has got only Voter's ID card (from Election commission, GOVT OF INDIA).

I appreciate if you could let me know if I can have an account...

FAILURE OF ONLINE SUBMISSION OF FORMS

SIR
FILLING UP THE ONLINE FORMS FOR THE CLERICAL RECRUITMENT OF THE SBI ASSOCIATE BANKS HAS BEEN A HEADACHE FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS. EVERY TIME YOU ENTER THE WEBSITE IT SHOWS THE SITE IS UNDER MAINTENANCE .. ;PLEASE DO REPAIR THE SITE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORMS IS FAST APPROACHING.....

Error in receipt generation for fee payment confirmation

Sir,
i payed my fee at the Mohan hotel ATM branch in favor of IITK but the receipt generated does not mention the normal format.My account has been debited .It might have happened because of a lot of rush at that point of time.What am I to do ?

NOT OPEN ACCOUNT

I am interasted to open a savings account on SBI Nabagram(W.B). But the branch staffs are not open my account due to Satarday. I dont no SBI not open account on satarday.

Issue Of Duplicate PAN Card

I have applied for a issue of duplicate PAN Card, after losing my Original PAN Card No ABDPV6203A. The application No. is[protected] dt 9/05/2008. I have also complained ONLINE. Non-issuance of ATM card from SBI against SB A/c No. 30539926989

Today is 58th day from the date of opening of account of my SB A/c No. [protected] at SBI NTPC Oonacha Amirpur (Branch Code-08866). Despite of my numerous requests through E-mail, Fax and Telephone to all concerned from SBI, till date I have not received my ATM card against this account. It is reminded that this account was opened on 24/10/2008.

Money debited

I have a saving a/c with SBI, NTPC, V. Nagar, G.B.Nagar(UP). I went to my son to take Rs. 8000/- from SBI atm at Navyut Market Ghaziabad(UP) on 23.9.08 around 2 PM. The transaction has been declined in machine but the amount of Rs. 8000/- has been debited from my account.
I have complained regarding the issue in bank where I have the account. SBI NTPC, V. Nagar has written many letters to SBI Navyug market but no money has been credited...

Unauthorized used of SBI Credit card issued in my wife's name
