I was recharging through sbi rewards with sum of 555 indian rupees all of sudden showing a notification recharge has failed and sbi rewards are deducted and showing null, please help with this...

I have ordered a product(Live Tech 450 Watt Economic Series Power Supply Model PS450W SMPS with 20+4 pin) from Amazon on 26th april 2021.but I cancelled it. Amazon have issued my two refunds on 26 April 2021 but Even after 6 days the amount is not credited to Bank.SBI Customer care denies to help in this case.They said to contact branch and the bank staff told to contact Customer care but none of them are responding for my issue.

There was a dispute in purchase showing in an SBI card statement on 14th Sept., 2007, (statement attached) which was not done by me but they are claiming payment from me. I raise the dispute on that day sending email to them and raise complain also. But, they did not take any initiative to find the cause of the dispute.

They stopped communication after 14th June 2008 and started adding interest in my account without my knowledge....
