I am using SBI Prime Credit Card, as per the privileges it has given, if I spend 50k in a quarter than I will get Pizza hut voucher, I used to get every quarter but for Feb, Mar and April 2021 I didnt received, I tried to call customer service but IVR is not giving any option to contact customer representative. My credit card, which I have not even activated has been charged with an amount of rs.589, I have just received a sms for this with the due date in two days, I have not even taken the card out of the mail envelope, then how can I be charged.
