[Resolved]  Sun Direct — amount not reflected

I had been recharged my account by 12th April 4.30pm still not my channels are not activated and contacted many times to customer care but nothing is replied and no solutions they are given.Sundirect live chat never working .worst then what I say .

Updated by DDson If not resolved asap I am planning to book this issue to consumer court ..
