Sun Direct — display of scroll message

I have been notified by Sun direct to recharge my package. I also recharged my package but a scrolled message got permanently embedded on my picture stating that " Your sun direct expires in 3 days, recharge with tamil DPO so and soo..." this scrolled message appears in all channels for the past more than 2 weeks after my recharge. Picture in all channel appears but I cant make the scroll message to disappear.

I had given lot of complaints to Sun direct but none of them are responding properly or resolving my issue some even declining or cutting my phone call while I am still in call discussing about my complaint. This type of service which they give make me feel so bad. None of them took my complaint seriously and resolved it. Thus I am seeking this platform.

Hello brother! Me too had that same problem and finally I was able to get rid of that message.
Just do it like this - On your Setup box remote press "EXIT" button 2 times. After the first press wait for at least 1 second and press for second time. That's it...you are done!
