[Resolved]  Sun Direct — e32-4 temporarily blocked my card

I have recharged my sun direct on march 29th 2020;till after noon 3 o clock i have not got service of viewing channels.. I have tried to reach customer care and sent mails to sun direct but i have got very poor response... I have not got any reply from them... Such a poor customer service... Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible. My smart card number is[protected] and contact number is [protected]
