Our setup box is not working for hd channels. We have contacted the customer service, got to know that the setup boxes are changed in recent past time and we need to change the setup box now by paying additional charges.
Why sun direct not sending any communication or intimation to their customers with prior notice for changing the setup box if it is needed. Is it customer demand or organization requirement to improve their business? When asking for evidence of customers, there is a standard template answer from sundirect stating the ticket is closed at your satisfaction. I strongly say that only sundirect is satisfied by cheating their customers.
Also, the customer center informed that sun direct team replaced (Or sent for delivery to distributors for free of charge) new setup boxes. If it is the case why it is not reached to customers? Is it trap to get extra business.
Why should customers pay when there is a change from organization business needs, that too when customers already having what they would like and afford.
