I have recharged sun direct with the amount of 220 using imobile app. The reacharge was failed and money was debited from my credit card. Please solve my issue by refund the amount. How long it will take refund?? Or whether it's an issue of imobile?

Recharged `My FTA' base pack on 26.10.19 using my sundirect app. They charged ₹153. Promised 153 channels in various languages. But I can't view any of the promised channels. If I try to recharge additionally it shows that my base pack has expired.

For 12+1 month's TELUGU DPO pack . Worth of Rs 3000/-. According to pack my vaildity up to January 2020.
But Disconnected my sun direct connection on 30 October 2019.
Kindly solve Regarding This issue.
