Hi, i recharge my sun direct for the amount of rs 198/-. This traction is just by mistaken. Because actually i want to recharge tamil dpo pack1 fr the amount of rs 199/-. Otherwise again i recharge rs 5/-. My account is activated bengali dpo pack... But i want change my pack to tamil dpo pack.. I tried to call customer care.. But no one pick my call.. Wat can i do.. How to change my basic plan...
