The DTH service installed last month only, within a month there is lot of problems in the set top box itself, while we are requested the technicians replace the same he behaved impolite and disrespectable .the telecallers has informed that the technical errors are resolved within 24 hours, but after 5 days also there is no response from the service. Very worst customer care service, Never ever seen like this.

We have purchased an addon pack yesterday(21st Apr) for EMEG 2010 but the channel 404(star movies) is giving E118-4 error code (Reserved smart card retun code). All other channel is working smoothly.
