Since from one month, i have been trying to call centre numbers but it will not connect, i need to add channels to my pack, if i do not get response, i need to go to consumer court. My card no [protected].
For my favourite channel, I paid required amt thru recharge, per procedure I have to inform sun cc service, for the past 4 days more than 30 times I have been trying to inform, I am not at all responded. My money is being wasted. I don't know how to get things solved. Whenever I tried to inform the cc, I m not responded.
