[Resolved]  Sun Direct — wrong addon

Today afternoon i asked customer care executive to subscribe star hindi and sony hindi pack but he subscribed both sports pack also customer care keep on holding the phone more than half an hour and even after calling 4-5 times cthey assure that channerls have been subscribed but nothing has happened also your punjab cc no not working it seems a big task to subscribe channels from sun direct very bad service at all and there is no direct complaint no where customer can talk about for the complaint

Today I recharged my sun direct and unfortunately kannada language is activated instead of telugu. I am trying to contact customer care but no response.
