Dear team,

Name is madhu maram, sun direct smar card number: [protected].

Last year i have taken the hd south plan for 4000 for one year, recently in 19-march-2018 my one year plan was over. I went to sun direct distibuter who has given the initial connection and cleared told him i need only south plan and i don't want hd connection. He checked and sujjested please reacharge with 1908 you will get one year, i said ok and given amount and recharge done from there to till[protected] there was no issue.

Suddedly i got an sms on tv screen saying your plan is going to expire on[protected]. I got shock and i made a call to customer care they told clearly your existing package hd is continuing i told them they said sir when ever you want to change plan details you have to inform customer care. I really was not aware this regarding this they have rise a complaint on[protected] with out my notice they closed the complain. Today i called to customer care they said complaint closed and telling simply now we are not able to do any thing.

Simply with out seeing hd i didnot see any hd channel and i paid 1908 for one year i got only 3 months.

#i went to distributor he said sorry sir we can't do any thing?
#when 1908 plan for south normal why should i call to customer care for changing plan details?
#why the same is not conveyed distributor??
#when i reached why the massage not come saying recharged successfully you validity so and so date.
#when i logged a complaint with out my notice or resolution why they closed the call??
#who will bear the money??
# with out using why should i pay the amount..

Please justify and think in my place when distributor said recharge with 1908 for one year again why should we call for changing plan. I thought it by recharge amount only it will get change and the distributor aslo not conveyed call to customer care he said it will done. Its done and working then why should i check now got a problem called to customer care.

I had subscribed to sunnxt yearly subscription last year and paid rs.480. after the subscription ended, rs489 got auto debited from my credit card but he subscription has not renewed. Tried calling their number[protected] but no one responds. Sent a feedback, but there is no reply. Need the money back or activate the subscription.
