I went to purchase two gold coins on the 18th May 2024. One of the staff helped me with only one coin as there was only one coin available in the store. He assured me that the other coin would be available in 3-4 days and requested me to make the payment. He also told me that he would call me in 3-4 days. So, I made the payment and booked my order. I then waited for another 27 days for the call but, didn't receive a call from the store. So, I visited the store on 16th Jun 2024 and when I enquired about my order, I was surprised to know that nobody worked on my request. I then asked them when will I get my order, they said it will be made available in next 3-4 days and this time they again promised me that they would call me once, the coin is available in the store. I then got a call from the store on 21st Jun 2024 confirming the coin is available now. When I visited the store on 25th Jun 2024, they charged the same rate whereas the gold rate was less.
This is completely unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable as there was a delay in delivery from the store's end so, why should the customer suffer for something he is not responsible for. Additionally, there was no manager present in the store to look into this concern. Also, both the staffs were not there in the store.
Very bad and pathetic customer service. Staff behaviour wasn't appropriate. I was really sad and very disappointed with the service provided by the staff of your store.
