Tanishq — BUY BACK diamond earrings

I've purchased a diamond earring in 2020 since then I'm looking for exchange as they were giving me least value of 15% of the purchased value then I've opted in for buyback where they're giving me on 20% of the product value which is supposed to be 97% as per the policy.

I'm trying for buy back since 2 and a half years and yet they are unable to solve the issue. I'm not going yo bear unnecessary losses due to their malpractice.

If they refund my amount as per their policies it'll be appreciated.
