Tanishq — Product manufacturing defect

I bought diamond ring on 14 Feb 2022 on occasion of valentine, after two weeks few of diamo ds were lost from ring, I was surprised by the brand how it come possible that after two weeks diamonds got misplaced I called tanishq showroom ND complai t so they said they ll service it so on there endurance I got my ring repaired, at the time of delivery they ensured that never such thing ll happen in future in case it happen they are there to help us, in july month agin two diamond again got misplaced from ring and this time they started giving me stupid excuses like it may be wear and tear and the diamond again list from same place, crown was not broken but diamond misplaced from their position, they said, these are not meant for heavy work, like I can't cook food for my family while wearing ring, I should place it in showcase as they have showcased their rest jewelery.i am just pissed off, I thought tanishq brand known to be one of finest in service and products bit alas m disappointed, Kindly provide me the solution bcoz its a manufacturing defect, don't make such jewelery that are not meant to be weared,
