    your franchisee: tatasky sanat nagar srinagar.
    i have been using your tatasky services for last 4 years. have running multiple number of boxes at my home. recently there was an error in the signal. called the company who had installed the devices. technician says the switch installed by the technician earlier was wrongly installed under the roof, hence exposed to rains and weather problems. the switch has fused. the company is asking me to pay for installing a new switch, for no fault of mine.
    if their technician has installed the switch at a wrong location, the fault lies with the technician of the company not me. the said technician has since left the company and they are not prepared to take the responsibility of the wrong workmanship. why should i pay for the wrong workmanship of the company technician.kindly take up the issue and resolve my problem.

      Got a call from agent .she downgrade my plan from 530 pm to 315 pm .
      she asked me to recharge the plan and if i recharge for 4 month then 1 month will be free .
      company even send me message .now they didnot provided me new user offer .
      so i want to cancel all this

          I am complain about my yearly package - when I recharge on[protected]/3.00 onwards of amount Rs-2800/- for South Sports Special With Telugu and Odia Regional chennels upto 11-oct-2017 with balance 249.32 as per your sending sms but after[protected] midnight the package change to 99 with teligu regional chennal after several phone corrspendence to call center with paid service the problem was not solved and harashment contuining if problem not solved then we proceed by law through cosumer forum

            I am a subscriber of Tatasky services with 2 connections.

            Since the past 10 days I have been unable to view the any services and for some "magical" or "mysterious" reason my RMN has been removed from the system and I cannot remember the Subscriber IDs.

            There is absolutely no way to get through customer care as they require either the subscriber IDs or RMNs.

            Absolutely unethical behaviour. Ridiculous.

              I'm really astonished that every 6 months tatasky are increasing the rate tariff ? Last time I recharged for 1800 for 6 months & this time their amount raised to 1930 ...what's the reason for increasing ? Last time too I spoke with the customer care they told some reasons for rate increase..Now what they gonna say this time ... I think if they do like this over & over again they gonna loose customers...My TataSky ID is : [protected].

                I have made payment for my tatasky a/c but its not working. One month back a service engineer came when i faced same problem and deducted rs 200 as charges. Again in a month's time the same problem arose. I can't pay service charges every month like this. When calling customer care, they are very uncooperative. They dont want to help or trouble shoot and insists on service man to visit so that every time rs 200 can be deducted. This has to stop as this is cheating. Pls suggest what is the escalation process

                  Sir, i have purchase tata sky(ID [protected]) on 23.09.15&company had given assurance of One year warrantee of set of box & one year free service.On 12.09.16 some trouble showing on my TV screen&complain to Tatasky help line centre.On 13.09.16 Tatasky techician came&changed the set of box&same problem again occured&then technician adjusted the antena&problem resolved but he did not checked that old Set of box is defective or not, the problem was occured due to distubance of Antena.On 14.09.16 a message got that your tata sky deactivated due to low balance(but 200rupees was balance before a day) &you charges 600rupees(400rupees of set of box&200rupees service charges)&my account has gone minus 405rupees.
                  sir, i have complained many times to tata sky but they did back by account balance.When my connection is under warrantee period & under free service then which type of charge, please help me sir

                      I am a TATA SKY customer (unfortunately) and availed your DTH service for ULTRA-HD pack. I had paid six months subscription in the month of July 16.

                      In the month of August I had opted for multi TV . After installation from your service engineers, within weeks time I lost access of couple of HD channels on both TV screens.

                      I had made 04 complaints with your call centre. Three time your service engineers visited to my resident. No one has solved the problem. In spite of this all three calls were closed and shown as OK. Forth call was closed without visiting to my place.

                      I am fed up with the service your company is offering & seeking direct help from you. My subscriber id is VC NO – [protected]

                        I am resident of thane east, we have common disc in our building subscribing app. 20 users. But from last one year this is a recurring problem in our building. Every three month 4 user faces the problem of blackout of telecast. When complaint is made they usually book complaint and sent their engineer and within 5 minutes they solve the problem but the thing is that within 1 days another 4 members face the same problem and charge the same from the another 5 members and this goes on the year. This is a total balcklash and extortion of money from the consumer. We want complete action against the company.

                          I have called for some queries at tata sky cusomer care service.. I asked a thing twice and the lady who was behind the phone.. Became louder and did talk in very unmannered way.. I was shocked why she was there?? Did i ask something wrong.. I think it was her job.. I want to request tata sky please teach some manners to ur tellecaller employees how to talk to your costomers.. Otherwise u will loose ur reputation n trust on ur customers soon... It was very disappointing...

                            I had raised a complaint on 13th September that I am having problem with the primary Set Top Box (STB) signals in my Multi TV connection. This problem occurs intermittently and started only after the secondary SB was installed. I have recordings of the transmission on my STB. Whenever the technician has visited my residence the problem could not be resolved. In fact the technician did NOTHING to resolve the problem.
                            Everyday I am getting calls from Tata Sky customer care and am assured that a senior technician will visit me. But that has never happened. The technicians that visited me is incompetent and I have complained against him.
                            No one visited my home on 19/9/2016. That is a total lie. Is this the way how Tata Sky will deal with the customers. The day before yesterday a technician visited me for a MINUTE AND he got a form signed by me to the effect that he visited me. I also wrote that the poroblem still remains unresolved. I called your technician yesterday twice to tell him that he could see the problem if he visited me at that time. But as I explained to you yesterday that the technicians at Noida have no technical knowledge, .
                            yesterday night I got a SMS to the effect that my complaint dated 13/9/2016 has been cancelled., That tis the strangest message I received from a service provider. The complaint is either closed or remain open. What does cancellation mean. Please rectify my problem or I shall go to the consumer court.

                              Hello I m Tata Sky user my registered tata sky no is[protected] i have compliant about the setup box not working properly and some channel is not came in tv so i complaint about them in customer care they told me that my setup is not perfectly i am telling you perfect setup just follow what i said and then i follow the as per their instruction but after complting setup automatically all was silent by them and suddenly it was cut by them.after that i called once again other executive told me that now you have to pay 200rs for service charges technician will come and do the setup but why should i pay for technician it because of your customer executive mistake it was done and after that they told me that i am forwarding your call to my senior they told me to hold for 30 second but after 15 second automatically in bengali language their automatic voice machine speaking something then call was disconnect.

                              I have already paid 1700rs for change of tata sky setup box.they even give warranty fr 6month also and when i called again to customer care they telling me now that u pay more 499 to activate warranty then u will get free service whats the meaning of this they making fool . because of their representative my tata sky is now close and not coming any channel and also now its only display the setting menu only .

                              When again i told them that transfer to your team leader then they told me again to wait 30 second but suddenly call was disconnect after that . SO MY HUMBLE REQUEST YOU THAT PLEASE SEND YOU EXECUTIVE O TECHNICIAN TO OUR REGISTERED ADDRESS AND PLEASE TAKE BACK YOUR TAT SKY OR ELSE REPAIR THE TATA SKY I WILL NOT GONE DO ANY SINGLE PAYMENT FOR REPAIR OF SETUP BOX

                              PLEASE TREAT THIS AS MOST URGENT BECAUSE BY DOING THIS TYPE OF CHEATING CUSTOMER WILL LOOSE THE FAITH IN YOUR TATA SKY

                                This has reference to our earlier request of deactivating second digicomp on 6th September 2016. I am surprised to see you are still charging for the second digicomp when we have clearly given instructions to close that digicomp .

                                How can TATA SKY be cheating customers and what is your customer services. Each time you do this and charge for days when we have asked you to deactivate the second connection.

                                Please get it deactivated Immediately and give credit of all the amount debited from 6th September till date in our account.

                                This is pathetic services by TATASKY which always told that we take care of customers and the best in class.. THIS IS BECOMING CHEATING CUSTOMERS. Please inform us immediately after deactivating and Let us know if we need to go to Regulator to complain.

                                I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, de-activate your secondary connection and reimburse the additional amount deducted w.e.f 6th Sept.

                                  Its a very pathetic experience received this time. I have done recharge on 17 th Sept but it's not get reflected in my account. I called customer care centre to address this issue. The person replied me back saying it will take 24 hrs to reflect.Next day again I gave a call to customer care centre to get update on this.Now, this time i got wonderful answer. The person replied that it will take 48 hrs to reflect. I told him that yesterday someother executive told me that it will take 24 hrs but you are saying it will take 48 hrs. Then the person replied that may be that executive is not aware of that. I thought this is the last time I am calling customer care . But unfortunately after 48 hours, I called again as this issue was still there.Now this time he replied me recharge wouldn't be possible so they have started refund process also that nice answer "the previous guy also is not aware of this "

                                  I want to register a complaint on this as this is not done. If they don't know about what they are saying they shouldn't guide anyone. I will take it ahead for further escalation.

                                  The good thing is, I have done recharge again and now issue is resolved.

                                      This is regarding no signal in my set top box. Today morning i recharged my Tata sky services but could not avail the services . I complaint on customer care number at 11:45 am they assured me that service person will visit at 3 pm. But no body turned up till 3 pm then again i called to customer care they said that my complaint has not been forward so service person could not visit my address. I don't know how people from tata sky are so irresponsible and made me wait whole day for no reason my complaint no. Rmjt2dn. Please look into the matter and stop harassing the customer who are associated with you for such a long period of time.

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix the no signal issue with immediate effect.
