Its a very pathetic experience received this time. I have done recharge on 17 th Sept but it's not get reflected in my account. I called customer care centre to address this issue. The person replied me back saying it will take 24 hrs to reflect.Next day again I gave a call to customer care centre to get update on this.Now, this time i got wonderful answer. The person replied that it will take 48 hrs to reflect. I told him that yesterday someother executive told me that it will take 24 hrs but you are saying it will take 48 hrs. Then the person replied that may be that executive is not aware of that. I thought this is the last time I am calling customer care . But unfortunately after 48 hours, I called again as this issue was still there.Now this time he replied me recharge wouldn't be possible so they have started refund process also that nice answer "the previous guy also is not aware of this "
I want to register a complaint on this as this is not done. If they don't know about what they are saying they shouldn't guide anyone. I will take it ahead for further escalation.
The good thing is, I have done recharge again and now issue is resolved.
