Hello,
I am very disappointing with tatasky. My registered mobile [protected] and address b168 sector 52 noida 201301.one month before
I have taken dual connection with settop box, one with inbuild hard disk cost around 10000 and another was without hard disk

But from last three days my settopbox is not working . I have alredy complained but your engineer says we dont have settop box. And also i got to know . U people will replace my settop box with old repaired box . But seriouly i want only newone
I[censored] people can not do this, i will not continue with u. I want my money back. I will switch to another network.otherwise i have to take a legal action against u

    Yester day we have observed that svbc channel changed from 1438 to 1829 why the same was happend.

    1. Svbc is telugu channel and why it was moved from telugu channel sequence.

    2. Why it was changed and shunted to last preferred channel
    3. Why this sudden decision was taken as the channel next to bhakti channel which is easy to viewers.

    4. Why this decision was made as navratri bramotsavas are from day after tomorrow
    5. Why you playing with religious sentiments of viewers.
    6. Are you a part of politicians who play with religious sentiments

      Very much non cooperative staff, unskilled, manner less.
      I have been using tata sky since 7 to 8 years now, they keep on increasing the package the way they want to. They hire any staff they want, I spoke to a senior supervisor called Rohit, I felt I am speaking to an auto driver, some auto drivers in bangalore spks better english than him. Sad this shouldn't be the standard of tata sky service. Very rude employees doesn't how to deal with the custome. Only word o[censored]ngestured apology know is sorry, which they just say but do not mean them. When I told them that I am unhappy with the price increase and I want to cancel my connect, they very rudely replied pls provide ur alternate number we will go ahead with the cancelation. We are the ones who are giving business and these people are busy showing an unwanted attitude.

        With reference to my tata sky id [protected] the tata sky people cheat the customer,. Without information they are changing the package rate at their own choice. As well as the date of payment is also changing each month against my payment at proper time. They are grabbing money without any information and creating nuisance. Are they forcing me to to stop the tata sky service?

          These people r good for nothing.in spite of repeated follow up since 8 Pm till now.continuosly.they hv not solved problem.after recharginh for one year.the channels r not coming.the customer care people r not bothered.only telling go to organiser.select english etc like parrot.at the end still i did jot get the chanel.they r not giving their senior no.quite disgusting.not returning money.i do not want the connection

            Sir,
            I am using tatasky dth services with subscription id [protected] since last six years. on date 20.09.2016 my tv stopped receiving signals, dispaying "no signals" message on screen hence i booked complaint booked complaint on the same day #roomgy9.in response to complaint tatasky co. technician visited my on dt.21.09.[protected]@5pm without properly analyzing the problem, he replaced my set top box by the one which he brought with him, and informed me that company will download new software in it and the problem will be solved. tatasky deducted rs.600/- from balance without my consent and sent me message that your complaint is attended. even after changing the set top box the "nosingle" problem was persisting hence i contacted to call center i was told to recharge my account so i recharged my account by rs.400/- still the problem was persisting hence again i booked the complaint #rou87pf on dt 22.09.16. after rigorous followup with call center the technician visited my house on dt.24.09.[protected]@13.00pm (this time different person) and checked and said the problem was in junction box and attended the same. even then there were no singles receiving to tv then he said the set top box is not functioning and is giving"error"
            Requires change of set top box as he was not having spare set top box with him, he left the complaint un attended. on date date 25.09.16 @11.00hrs he replaced the set top box, now the tv is receiving the singles but i am not able to view all the channels, when i asked the reason to the technician he told the common dish over my building is very old and the junction box
            Is short. hence
            I contacted call center for providing me separate disk. the call center person told separate dish will only be provided in case of address change. this clearly indicates the tatasky is not solving my problem and not giving me proper service. the company has already cheated me for rs.600 and even for no single the company is deducting daily charges.
            I sincerely request you to look into the complaint and instruct the tatasky to provide me separate dish and refund my deducted amount to my account,

              I am using tata sky for the last 5 yrs . But this year i am totally dis satisfied with your service . Every 3 months my both set top boxes does not show any channels . In march your engineer visit us 4 times & every time a new person . They changed the location of my dish then changed my H D set top box then said some cable problem ten some T was faulty which resulted we could not view T V for almost 10 days with no credit to my account . Again t v was not working in june for which they changed my remote for which i paid rs 200 . Each time the company charged me rs 200 as visitng charges even for deliverig of remote . I made lot of complaints to settle my account which is not done till date . Now T V is again not working & they say we will send our engineer & you have to pay rs 200 as his fee .i m fed up with your service & may change my service provider once my annual plan is over .

                I have purchased tata sky dhamal mix pack and not getting MTV at all since 1 week and from today not getting many more channels also my subscription is for 1 year which will end in 24/6/2017.Thoroughly dissapointed, many times I have tried to complain but there is no option in website to complain also they will ask for type of complain and then subtype, in subtype they will show nothing and then you click submit, then they will tell you to select subtype, if there is no subtype then how the hell I can write subtype, bad web site, and customercare will never attach you to talk to real people...

                  I am very dissatisified with the services of Tata Sky. I am from Hyderabad. First there was a issue in their promises Vs what I got - I fought for around 1.5 months and had no choice but to close my mouth shut. I have summarized the entire details below for quick reference.

                  Dropped the following note to Nodal Officer (tataSky) as an escalation email and got a very blunt email that - "In case you only have a purchase receipt form Bajaj Electronics you need to check with the respective store manager for any further assistance.

                  We believe that you are able to view our services now."

                  The email to NodalOfficer:

                  I would like to escalate this issue and need your intervention and suggestions to take it forward. I have tried to briefly summarizes the issue below:

                  - Purchased a new TV from Bajaj electronics (Kondapur) Hyderabad and Booked a Tata Sky connection from Dealer (as they were giving good deal) (End of July 2016)

                  - I wanted a dual connecting (Two TVs) and they promised me that I can go with DHAMAAL Mix pack for Annual subscription (with HD access) that would give me [ 1 Month of ALL Channels with HD + 12 months of Dhamaal Mix] = Total 13 months of subscription

                  - Tata Sky Contact Points @ Dealer:- Syed and Ishaaq.

                  - There was huge issues while doing the installation as the Tata Sky contact points @ Dealer had not communicated this plan / deal to Tata Sky service center / back end team - After 5 hours of heated conversation, I paid the amount that I was told initially and I was promised by installation guy that he would talk to back end team and get this sorted out (13 months as promised). The installation guy also mentioned that - please pay the money else they would deduct the money from his salary. During the installation time - the tata sky contact points @ Dealer were not available over the phone.

                  - Installation team from Tata Sky:- Chandu (came for installation) and Giri (who was at service center / back end)

                  - Got the "Subscriber ID: [protected]" - it was having only 12 months of Dhamaal Mix activated.

                  - Talked to Customer care multiple times and Escalated but this did not help - got a standard reply. there is no such plan exists. If someone has committed talk to them.

                  - Customer care tata Sky:- Rachna & Varun. One of the complaint number "QLFBF89 " - COMPLAINT NUMBER

                  - Talked to Bajaj Electronics Manager Mr Sunil and he said that if this was committed to you by Tata Sky Contact Points @ Dealer:- Syed - it should be given to you. He eventually confirmed with him and he mentioned over the speaker phone that it was committed to me. I chased with Tata Sky contact points but it did not go anywhere.

                  - Mr Sunil gave me the number of ASM Tata Sky - Madhu - I tried calling him multiple times but he never picked the mobile phone and never gave me call back.
                  - Mr Sunil had also mentioned that he would talk to Tata Sky contact points / ASM etc and get back to me.

                  It has been more than 1.5 months now and I have got what was promised to me. This makes a NEW CUSTOMER very unhappy (which your team has already DONE/ accomplished).

                  Can you look into this and let me know the next steps. My Subscription details are as mentioned below:

                  On 25th Sept, I tried speaking to Tata Sky customer care / executive for some other issues and changing my plan and what would be the additional charges. I tried speaking to the supervisor as the phone lines was getting disconnected after talking to the executives. Everytime, you call their would be a new executive and would like to understand the entire details before forwarding the call to Supervisor. As promised to me, NEVER GOT a call back and later the executives BLUNTLY DECLINED toforward the call to Sr Executive.

                  It is really pathetic as YOU HAVE to call them N number of times and wait in the queue and then explain same thing again and again and either line would get disconnected or they would disconnect the call and NEVER GIVE YOU A CALL.

                  I AM REALLY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH TATA SKY SERVICE. My biggest mistake was to purchase one year package - If there is any option to get my investment back - I would not think twice before shifting to other service provider.

                  I would like to know, if any help/ suggestion/ guidance to me to get this sorted out or I CAN BE OUT OF THIS TRAP.

                  I got multiple calls from Nodal officers and Sales managers (Parwez and Sheshadri) - They offered by Rs 270
                  to provide an extension on my Base pack for 1 month that I have bluntly refused as I can DEFINITELY PAY another 270 Rs in case needed. IT IS REALLY PATHETIC.

                  I am NOT SURE if they have read my concern EMAIL and tried to understand - I am talking about the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE with TATA SKY. I am talking about BRAND IMAGE and how can they make Loyal customer and WHAT THEY CAN DO TO lose them i.e. PATHETIC Customer management & communication (as I HAVE DESCRIBED IN DETAIL In below email and talked to Tata Sky customer executives N number of times).

                  BELIEVE me - my mobile phone charges are beyond Rs 270 that called to Tata Sky executives and customer care. On TOP OF THAT I had WASTED my numerous HOURS with THEIR Executives/ Customer care.
                  My package have that chanel but Tey said no signal know I am got errited with thus

                    I recharged my tata sky and got a load of gift vouchers. Same as last year.
                    All of them are expired already, I got the vouchers just now and they are already expired? The end date on the voucher is 30 sep or 31 oct or jan 2017 but they are all expired...
                    Just like last year.

                    What are you playing at? Are you making a fool o[censored]s, your customer since ages. This is not good behaviour at all. You are insulting us again all over. I complained last year and you didnt even apologise for giving expired vouchers. very very bad

                      Dear Sir,
                      Your representative could not do anything instead he said that there is some problem in concealed wiring of the apartment and suggested me to find out the same.

                      Ultimately I contacted to Local cable Operator for connection and he has provided the connection through the same point and his transmission is coming well & clear.

                      Now this means that there is no fault in the concealed cable as DECLARED by your representative.

                      I had made a Top up of Rs 500/- around 25 july and from few days later I am not able to watch anything using TATA SKY since 30.07.2016 and my hard earned money is being wasted.

                      Now, I have no option but to rethink and surrender the connection.

                      This has been utter test of my patience with you and now i can not bear it any more. You have been playing with me in the name of customer service.
                      I have not experienced such worst customer care response in my entire life.
                      I have not been able to watch the connection since 30.07.2016 and matter is still unresolved. My money is being wasted in the name of recharge again and again.
                      after talking to your helpline [protected] and confirming that i have again done recharge of Rs 300 I assured that my problem will be resolved today morning that is 25.07.016.

                      Since morning I have been receiving calls from following numbers ([protected] and [protected]) asking have u made any complaint .what is your address and all details which has been explained so many times and infact one number is of the same man who has contacted earlier and knows all the thing. I have been waiting patiently but its over now when once again at 3.30 pm i have asked for the problem and address once agian.

                      Kindly give the address of your grievance and ombudsman representative if you really care because now i will take it to the next level or else i will find it myself. Kindly refund my money and terminate your connection IMMEDIATELY.

                        Its worst worst worst worst worst service ever...I reached to tata sky customer care helpline almost 4 times in a 2 week.They giving me answer like you will received call from technician within a 2 hrs. i dont know when 2 hrs will come.
                        When i called first time in customer care service they send the technician, he was changed the signal receiver but problem still remain same.
                        Then second time i again registered my complaint on tata sky that time my complaint posted on hold and cancelled without any intimation.
                        Third time giving me answer like technician will called you within a 2 hrs...but i am not receiving any call from technician.
                        and same answer they giving me.
                        Its worst worst worst worst worst worst service...

                          My subscriber ID is [protected] .My setup box was not working.Technician has brought a repaired setup box and charged rs 600 and told that warranty for it is only one month.Same day again the replaced box was in repair.again called customer care and explained the situation.One executive told me that i can get anew setup box for rs 350. Again the technician came replaced the same old repaired box, when asked for new, he said it is not possible, so called customer service, they said it is not possible to replace old with new, so should continue with same, but warranty for 1 month.I asked what if i get repair after 1 month, they said again i have to pay .So REDICULOUS reply.Why should I pay every time set up box gets repair with out any misuse.he should give me a new one which has warranty .This is unfair.I cancelled my connection with this reply. SO PLS THINK BEFORE GOING FOR A TATASKY CONNECTION..

                            My subscriber i. d. - [protected]. i want to remove my secondary connection for that reason i have called tata sky represntatives several times (5 to 6 tlmes) since last 3 months, but they are not removing my secondary connection. also i have shifted in new flat. i have to re-installed my tata sky connection (primary) in new flat. please help me and remove my secondary connection and re-installed tata sky in new flat asap.

                              My set top box was not functioning so it was replaced with another one and Rs.600/- was charged from me. the new set top box installed also did not functioned so it was replaced with another on next day. The company again levied Rs.600/- for the replacement which is unjust and irregular, because the set top box replaced was faulty which is not my mistake. I therefore request for refund of Rs.600/- that was levied without any fault of mine.

                              I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and refund the additional amount deducted.

                                24 Sep. The technician came from Tata Sky and told me that I need to spend Rs. 800 (to be given to him personally & not to Tata Sky) and he will permanently resolve my problem. From my understanding some kind of a signal booster.
                                I told him no. I asked him what is the problem. He tells me that there should have been anther extra wire that should have been brought to the Tata Sky box. Then he tells me that Tata Sky has has upgraded the software and the problem is because of it.
                                I asked him that what has happened between yesterday and today that my connection is not working. he had no answer to that. Very reluctantly he said I will try and resolve the problem, I don't know if he will or not as I am in office.
                                4 weeks earlier also one of their technicians Manoj took 300 from my mother with similar excuses.
                                Everything associated with Tata has a credibility that people trust. But if they loose control on these thirst party servicing guys, it does not reflect good on Tata. Just because we are not technically aware as to what is wrong with our connection does not mean that they take us for a ride. This is my third complaint within a period of 4 weeks or so.

                                  I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will detect why you are not getting any display and rectify the issue immediately.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am using my tata sky connection (id no - [protected]) since last 5 years.
                                    But since last one/ two months i am facing signal problem to see entertainment channels including door darshan.
                                    Rest all channels of news/ sports/ movies/ regional etc are being telecast uninterrupted.
                                    Also there is no problem with active channels comes along with same continuation with entertainment channels (sponsored by tata sky).
                                    Somehow i got to know that there is some satellite shifting done by tata sky recently therefore several users are facing this problem.
                                    I have complaint many time for this, but tata sky demands for service charges without any assurance whether the problem will not persist again, or they say to run master reset. sometime problem gets resolved for few hours sometime not, but no solution till date from tata sky.
                                    I want you to take it up with tata sky.

                                      Everytime there are heavy rains the Tata Sky service stops functioning, it also asks whether there is rains in the area
                                      Does this mean that Tata Sky has got a blanket cover if it does not work during monsoons, this is not expected from a Tata Group of Company.
                                      I am not getting any reception since couple of days due to the monsoons.
                                      If Tata sky cannot give service during monsoon then why are they charging for that period, they should deduct and refund the money during the period that there is no service.

                                        M not able to view Tata Sky due to no signal .It's been 15 days now...Technicians do not visit up-to 4 days inspire of calling customer care everyday...technician replaced set top box n later the receiver too...but still facing the problem of no signal...
                                        Have no more patience left to call cc everyday...no heed is paid...they get away by saying SORRY... .I wonder if they really mean it or hv to say because it's a custom...difficult to rely ...very poor customer satisfaction...they r ruining the company's agenda...
