I made Rs 500 recharge on 25.07.20167 and from 30.07.2016 transmission is not coming . I have lodged so so many complaints as per trailing mails but the problem is still unresolved

I am not able to watch the TV programs from 30.07.2016 onwards since no signal is...

Its worst worst worst worst worst service ever...I reached to tata sky customer care helpline almost 4 times in a 2 week.They giving me answer like you will received call from technician within a 2 hrs. i dont know when 2 hrs will come.
When i called first time in customer care service they send the technician, he was changed the signal receiver but problem still remain same.
Then second time i again registered my complaint...

My subscriber ID is [protected] .My setup box was not working.Technician has brought a repaired setup box and charged rs 600 and told that warranty for it is only one month.Same day again the replaced box was in repair.again called customer care and explained the situation.One executive told me that i can get anew setup box for rs 350. Again the technician came replaced the same old repaired box, when asked for new, he said it is not possible,...

My subscriber i. d. - [protected]. i want to remove my secondary connection for that reason i have called tata sky represntatives several times (5 to 6 tlmes) since last 3 months, but they are not removing my secondary connection. also i have shifted in new flat. i have to re-installed my tata sky connection (primary) in new flat. please help me and remove my secondary connection and re-installed tata sky in new flat...

My set top box was not functioning so it was replaced with another one and Rs.600/- was charged from me. the new set top box installed also did not functioned so it was replaced with another on next day. The company again levied Rs.600/- for the replacement which is unjust and irregular, because the set top box replaced was faulty which is not my mistake. I therefore request for refund of Rs.600/- that was levied without any fault of mine....

24 Sep. The technician came from Tata Sky and told me that I need to spend Rs. 800 (to be given to him personally & not to Tata Sky) and he will permanently resolve my problem. From my understanding some kind of a signal booster.
I told him no. I asked him what is the problem. He tells me that there should have been anther extra wire that should have been brought to the Tata Sky box. Then...

Hi,
I am using my tata sky connection (id no - [protected]) since last 5 years.
But since last one/ two months i am facing signal problem to see entertainment channels including door darshan.
Rest all channels of news/ sports/ movies/ regional etc are being telecast uninterrupted.
Also there is no problem with active channels comes along with same continuation with entertainment channels (sponsored by tata sky).br...

Everytime there are heavy rains the Tata Sky service stops functioning, it also asks whether there is rains in the area
Does this mean that Tata Sky has got a blanket cover if it does not work during monsoons, this is not expected from a Tata Group of Company.
I am not getting any reception since couple of days due to the monsoons.
If Tata sky cannot give service during monsoon then why are they charging for that period,...

M not able to view Tata Sky due to no signal .It's been 15 days now...Technicians do not visit up-to 4 days inspire of calling customer care everyday...technician replaced set top box n later the receiver too...but still facing the problem of no signal...
Have no more patience left to call cc everyday...no heed is paid...they get away by saying SORRY... .I wonder if they really mean it or hv to say because it's a custom...difficult...

We have been complaining that we do not receive any news channels at our Tata Sky since more than two weeks now, we had been complaing but no action has been taken so far....

Got a call from agent .she downgrade my plan from 530 pm to 315 pm .
she asked me to recharge the plan and if i recharge for 4 month then 1 month will be free .
company even send me message .now they didnot provided me new user offer .
so i want to cancel all this...

I have a tatasky in my home with id [protected] and they added active fitness pack which is Rs. 5/day without any input from us. Very much disappointed with this type of stupidity....

I am complain about my yearly package - when I recharge on[protected]/3.00 onwards of amount Rs-2800/- for South Sports Special With Telugu and Odia Regional chennels upto 11-oct-2017 with balance 249.32 as per your sending sms but after[protected] midnight the package change to 99 with teligu regional chennal after several phone corrspendence to call center with paid service the problem was not solved and harashment contuining if problem...

I am a subscriber of Tatasky services with 2 connections.

Since the past 10 days I have been unable to view the any services and for some "magical" or "mysterious" reason my RMN has been removed from the system and I cannot remember the Subscriber IDs.

There is absolutely no way to get through customer care as they require either the subscriber IDs or RMNs.

I'm really astonished that every 6 months tatasky are increasing the rate tariff ? Last time I recharged for 1800 for 6 months & this time their amount raised to 1930 ...what's the reason for increasing ? Last time too I spoke with the customer care they told some reasons for rate increase..Now what they gonna say this time ... I think if they do like this over & over again they gonna loose customers...My TataSky ID is :...

I have made payment for my tatasky a/c but its not working. One month back a service engineer came when i faced same problem and deducted rs 200 as charges. Again in a month's time the same problem arose. I can't pay service charges every month like this. When calling customer care, they are very uncooperative. They dont want to help or trouble shoot and insists on service man to visit so that every time rs 200 can be deducted....

Sir, i have purchase tata sky(ID [protected]) on 23.09.15&company had given assurance of One year warrantee of set of box & one year free service.On 12.09.16 some trouble showing on my TV screen&complain to Tatasky help line centre.On 13.09.16 Tatasky techician came&changed the set of box&same problem again occured&then technician adjusted the antena&problem resolved but he did not checked that old Set of box is defective or not, the problem...
