He assured the subscription starts from 16.8.2016 but till date i haven't received a single copy of newspaper. Upon calling he is not mending nor heeding my words instead, sarcastically says to call customer care or look out for delivery boy and request him...

There are errors in the daily newsprint in the kerala edition that is available for us. Repeated notification of the same had been done for which no response is seen from the local authority. Gross negligence and disowning of responsibility was seen from those who attended the calls. Newsprint is recorded and attached as evidence (21/8/2016 pg 1&7)...

Worst service and response from customer service also.

I get calls once in a week asking the paper getting delivered or not. But no paper come in the next. Again the same cycle of customer service reply stating the paper will be delivered....

I call to our customer care executives to 5 times in this period but the vendor did not give paper. Pls clear my problem as soon as possible.
