Not getting newspaper regularly

I have taken 6 months subscription of The Hindu Newspaper. I stay in Machavaram, Vijayawada. From last few weeks, I am not getting newspaper at least once a week; even if I am getting it, it is as late as 7.30 am. When I call the local supplier (James), he responds properly but sometimes, his phone is switched off.

I think the best solution is to change the newspaper boy. The previous boy used to give newspaper by 6 am....

Businessline subscribed, paid for no paper for last 8 months

Hi

I have subscribed for businessline 8 months ago. Paid in full advance by cheque but havent got a single paper till now. Checked with sales executive who collected cheque - no response.

Called[protected] from your website but response was not helpful, asked me to call[protected] but never got a response from this number.

Website doesnt have complaint number to call. Other numbers are useless....

Newspaper not received yet, took 1 year subscription online

I'm jagdish dubey. This is the subscriber id-[protected] & the complaint no 060809.
I took a one year hindu newspaper subscription online on 25th march 2016
And its been 30 days i haven't received the paper yet. The delivery was supposed to start from 1st april.
I have called on the customer care almost 100 times and every time i have been given a false assurance that paper will be delivered from tomorrow or the problem...

Irregular news content update

But lately from 18 April 2016, I am not able to receive updates on city news, sports and entertainment section. Only the top news, breaking and the opinion columns get updated. Not getting the newspaper

The distribution provider Sarvodaya of Jodhpur, Rajasthan for THe HINDU newspaper is not providing the printed edition of the newspaper since from 10 days.

Distributor stop, the service said due to shortage

499 annual subscription scam

In march, a man with a valid hindu ID card acme and introduced an offer wherein we get a year long subscribtion at just 499 per year. We made the payment thru cheque. He promised we would get it frm APRIL 1 but we are yet to get it.

Even after subscribing to the Hindu and paying yearly charges, I haven't received the paper for first one week. My Subscriber ID is [protected]. I had made many calls and mails to customer care and finally they have agreed upon extending the subscription. The complaint reference number is 056444 for subscription extension. But no update on this so far even after so many mails. Please resolve the issue as quickly as possible....

The hindu newspaper delivery is very irregular

I am not receiving paper regularly. Went for rs 699 subscription for a year. Paper is not delivered at least twice a week. Contacted the manager vijay [protected]. After several followup he shared the distributor number srinivas [protected]. Every time i didnt receive newspaper i have to call this guy srinivas and he said he will look into it but nothing is happening. Same irregularity is happening again and again. Not getting paper regularly and even getting paper will be after 9 a.m

I subscribed for 3 years from August 15, but they are not supplying papers some days and if they are supplying also will come after 9 a.m.

I wrote many mails and letters and called many persons. Can you pl. instruct or take action to refund my amount at least on prorate basis.
