I am sharing my case so that people who use currency card are aware and do not lose their hard earned money otherwise this company will not hesitate to take the last penny from your pocket through unfair and unethical trade practices. I bought one currency card on 3rd nov'18 and let some 350+ usd amount unspent. While reloading the card recently i noticed that they have been charging me almost 9 usd per month for last 6 months without my knowledge (No sms/call/mail) as i did not conduct any transactions for 180 days. Sounds amazing. Right? Brilliant business model. They wont tell you about this hidden t&c. Moreover this is something which no one can justify. Exact same thing happened to me, lost more than 10, 000 rupees because of 8.25 USD "inactivity fee" per month. These guys don't have a proper working app or website where you can check your transactions and on top of that these inactivity fee can no intimation via email. They know this is a great revenue model for them and I'm sure a huge chunk of their earning is through this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

27, 000 Rs charged by Thomas Cook because of Hefty usurious unethical inactive fees charged.
Bought a forex card - had some unused balance. did not use due to covid. and these fees are not disclosed at the time of taking the card.
STAY AWAY FROM THOMAS COOK THIEFS.
