Thomas Cook has cheated us by false promises for our dream holidays in Andaman.
We are supposed to travel to Andaman in 2 days and the vouchers we received today is totally different to what we agreed with the Sales person Vijay Thakur.
On the booking confirmation vouchers-
1. Hotels are different to what we were promised, and what we are offered substandard hotels.
2. Snorkelling is missing
3. Sea walk is missing
4. Daily dinner is missing
5. Cruise dinner is missing
6. Extra mattress for kids was promised but it is missing
For almost 2 weeks our life has become miserable just because of a wrong decision of choosing Thomas Cook as our travel partner. Our emails and phone calls go unanswered to them.
Emails sent to Chairman and CEO of Thomas Cook India, Escalations point (Shailee Mehta, Sarmad Syed, Jayant Katti also goes unanswered. Quite surprising.
Verbal assurances are being provided to us but the actual Booking voucher shows different picture.
