I purchased 60 rupees pack from play store before 2 days.. But i didn't get it... So, i contacted miniclip but they tell me to contact you... So, i don't understand what's going on but either i want a solution about this or give my refund back...

Send my documents to game developed co. By emai. But they bring google purchased documents but have not any google purchase documents google not to send me any document at my email so i can not show to him my document i hope you will help me for got that special offer of cash back...

Today between 4:30 - 5:15, i tried to purchase coins in 8 ball pool game through net banking of central bank of india.. After going through the payment method my account was debited with rs130 but the purchase was not successful. There is no adress mentioned in the game where i could file my complain. Paid for a in app purchase in Google play store but unsuccessful transaction

Tried to purchase a pack in the game 'battle copter' game in through google play store. After paying the page redirected to payment page again in spite of the product. Attaching bank transaction screenshot.
Contacted bank also, they said that transaction is successful from their end. Prn no. From bank for this transaction is [protected].
No google pay receipt was generated too.
Means that the payment gateway failure...
