google play purchase

I made an in app purchase via google play and the money was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the feature nor did google send me the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I've attached the proff regarding the payment....

payment error

I purchased an application from Google Playstore on dt. 08/01/2018 Name Smart Lens Pro from INR 190 through Net Banking from SBI bank the payment was successfully occured but an payment error message popup when i back to playstore and the application which was i already paid again showing Buy option when i checked my Account the amount was deducted and even its also not showing order history in playstore.here im uploading photos of bank transactions...

purchase problem

I have recently tried making an in-app purchase through google play having txn i'd. Igacmqhdq8, unfortunately the merchant did not receive the amount but my account has been debited with 1600 rupees. So i kindly see that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and my amount refunded. And i have made this transaction on 6/12/2017. So i request an approach as soon as possible....

With reference to transaction id igabyncpu8 dated: 04/09/2017 of which order is pending yet. I think this company is simply created for laundering money from general public as it has no enough customer care no and reachable emil detail.

There is just an email but that too does not reply back to customer. I did not expected such service from the this payment gateway.

failed transaction

Dear sir,
On 21/09/2017 i have done five payment transaction to strand life science of which two transaction were successfull and three transaction failed each amounting rs.6, 000/- total amount transaction failed was rs.18, 000/-. The transaction was done from axis bank credit card.
The bank said that the payment gateway claimed the money and now the refund will be done by them.
Kindly check and refund the said amount...

these suckers stole my 650 rupees.

I tried to purchase a udemy course on google play app. I paid through net banking. The beneficiary's name was appearing as times of money ltd. The payment was successful and amount was debited from my pnb account. However i didn't get access to the course and google payments showed my payment as cancelled. I don't know who to approach now as transaction was successful from my side as present in my bank statement. How to legally approach these...
