Titan Company — Regarding Refund

I had booked a watch and returned it with so much of difficulty for which I received refund initiated message in December 2022. It’s been more than 1.5months, I haven’t received my refund of 5395 for the order ID 8409421. Every time I write them a mail, they keep sending me different ticket numbers, I text them on WhatsApp then they say they are helpless and I call them on customer care number they keep giving me 1000s of lie which is always different. Being a reputed company, Titan should take care of their customers, very frustrated and disappointed with Titan. I am not going to buy anything else from the so called brand Titan and I will also create awareness about this to make sure that no other common people will lose their hard earned money by purchasing online
