Hi Team,

2 months ago I have visited RMJ TVS Misrod Bhopal for my Apache RTR servicing. That time they have offered me a AMC booklet at the cost of 750 with 4 servicing free. But when I visited for 2nd service that RMJ showrooms and service centre got closed. They have cheated me for that also when I visited service for another TVS showrooms they told that in my last service someone has changed my bike battery with old battery. Now I want to know why TVS choosed that type of dealers or workers for service . I want that AMC money back with my bike battery. Or I will file complain in consumer forum against TVS company.

    Dear sir / Mam
    I bought New TVS apache RTR 160 4V on 5th May 2019. And i get my Vehicle no. On 12th May 2019. Already more than 1 month gone.
    But still my Vehicle no. Not Registered and also not get my Permanent Registration Certificate. Why getting late. Getting so much difficulties to ride a bike in city. Please solve this as soon as possible. Pics attached.

      My jupiter's second service today on 2510 km but i'm not satisfied this service because, Service advisor to me that can replace engine and transmission oil without check?
      Advisor asked to me are you agree for oil replacement but i replied that please give me details for why replacement oil?
      Not mention in your service manual that engine and transmission oil replace in second service. If oil replacement compulsory in second service then why not mention in your service manual?

      Service advisor not explained to me, why replacement oil? only said to me that replacement required without oil checked.

        When we have gone for purchase he was very nice now he is not responding regarding to our TVS Jupiter service . Every time we call him and he just said that i am busy you can call later.

          Recently 6(-6-19) my vehicle was given service and paid rs1800/-, after a week time vehicle was not started through self start but started through kick start, then noise in the silencer plate,
          Today again vehicle given to them, but they are speaking rude and asking me to give the approval for engine OH about 15k, but my engine is very fine after starting through my kick start,
          while delivery also they are not having a single person to deliver the vehicle very worst experience waited for an hour to took delivery of my vehicle.

            You people must b knowing Jyote TVS at bhubaneswar, odisha. I booked for a paid on Saturday 15 June 2019, via phn to the number [protected], that lady confirmed me that I should reach the workshop by 9:30am. I asked her if my service could b done earlier as I have to return early to my work place that is 55km away from that workshop. I could have done my vehicle servicing in any other showroom but I have an AMC done at Jyote TVS. I even received an SMS from the showroom that my service is booked on 16th June Sunday, 9:45 am (screenshot attached).
            I reached there exactly at 9:30am and the attendant denied to give any sl.no. for my vehicle job card and said no number will be given unless the supervisor (Ravi) tells him. I contacted Ravi he said it's a holiday I can't make job card as it will be half day on Sunday.

            Just tell me one thing (you) who ever is reading the mail...how irresponsible u all are ...i[censored] r not capable then why u gave me a date and time. I travelled 55km to reach there only because I paid for 4 services in advance as AMC. And now I have to return ...my travel of110 KMS all was useless as u people.

            Now I only wish that ur company sells go down and a day TVS will shut down 4 ever.
            This is not the only issue, earlier I met with an accident and went for emergency repair, I said I will claim insurance my sel[censored] just change all broken parts as I will pay 4 all the parts in cash from my pocket..they took 3hrs to make an estimation of the broken parts but at last in the workshop the same guy RAVI THE SUPERVISOR, without even listening my words said, "it will take more than 1 month, u take ur vehicle". I thought I was his NAUKAR.

            But my sincere thanks to Ashirbad TVS they make my Jupiter as new within 24hrs.

              I'm Rohit Kumar sharma after claiming the accidental claim Gorakhpur Motors Pvt Ltd, is not changing the parts of the my Tvs Jupiter my vehicle. They are giving me dates only from 2 months and I'm frustrated form the services of TVS - "Gorakhpur Motors Pvt Ltd"

                I would like to inform you that I h contacted Surya motors Pathanapuram to enquire about Victor and to buy after two weeks. Unfortunately person who attended without giving any information, he disconnected the phone.
                As a reputed organisation (TVS) this type of behaviour for customer dealing is not good. As a costumer I am using TVS vehicles for the last 25 years.
                So please give instructions to the agency people to deal costumers in a friendly and healthy relationships..

                    I bought tvs Apache 200 abs from Shanti tvs Hyderabad on 2.04.19. After first month of buying bike got starting problem and after complaining my bike toed to nearest service center and they charged battery gave my bike and no feedback was taken by main dealer from where I purchased bike and now I am unable to first start my bike in morning and today I had to leave bike at inorbit mall Hyderabad because it's not getting start.

                    Very worst bike and I will recommend to not buy any tvs bike. There after sale service very poor. I am trapped and conned by them. They sold defective bike to me.

                    Today I informed to one of Shanti tvs official about my bike, He simply asked me to talk to exide battery customer care. At the time of buying bike they were too humble but after buying any issue comes they don't take responsibility. I spent more than 1 lakh and this kind of product I received. This is very bad and I don't know what to do
                    I bought TVs scooty pept in Dindigul December 2017...now engine head problem ...they are charging (in batlagundu) 2500 rupees for repairing...very worst experience from TVs scooty ...my opinion don't buy this product.

                      I purchased an Ntorq last month from TVS Kubera Motors HSR layout Bangalore.
                      Since day 1 the vehicle has starting issue(video attached). Have been to the service center
                      10-12 times to get this fixed, however they are not able to fix this. Have escalated the issue to your company's territory manager for Bangalore, but he also has not been able to resolve the issue. It has been a really bad experience for me as a customer as from day 1 I'm struggling to start the vehicle and I face the issue multiple times during a day. Neither company's customer care nor the dealer seem to care about this problem. It seems like I have been sold a defective vehicle. The vehicle and the company are [censored].

                        I have given my TVS Apache 160 RTR Es Disc Red to UJWAL AUTOMOBILES, DOMBIVLI EAST but hey didn't remove carburettor to clean. I have paid Rs.1800 & getting absolutely unsatisfied experience. My bike is still hassling due to unclean carburettor. I have told to do valve setting of engine but same not done by service centre. Also they didn't provide bill for same.

                          I had recently purchased a Jupiter grand and I had about to my first services I don't know that they replace my new back light with old one orhow is water gone inside my new back light although there are many other things which is replace by my new parts by old one. This is not the right way to feel with someones emotions I had purchased this with my first salary this is shameless and wrist this made with me I told every one who buy this product not to buy because their is wrist customer satis faction .

                            This is in regards to the deliberate negligence of your service team in Hyderabad. I reached out to Susheel TVS (service team) for an accidental damage and the front panel is to be replaced and shock absorbs are also to be checked. They told me to wait for 15days till the spare parts reach the center. It went up to around 28days to get the part to the store. After continuous followups for 4-5times Mr. Suresh from Spares dept. told me that they received to spare parts and told me to come to the store and the replacement would take 3days. Later, the service adviser told me that it will take 5days. the delay till here is around 1month. Now, it took them 25-28days more to complete the repair even after multiple followus and me visiting the service center for a time in the meanwhile. Finally i received the bike with unfinished repairs. Later I gave them Zero in the feedback form. this went up to their MD Mr. Tirupathi Goud. He told that they will get the bike repaired again. It took them around 2 weeks to react on this. Finally they gave me a temporary bike and collected my vehicle for repair. They again failed to do the service properly. Now, ive sent a compliant to you guys on this and even your team doesnt respond on my concern. And now, they again called me and told me that they will come and collect the vehicle for repair. This happened 3weeks ago and no one called me or collected my vehicle for repair. I think no one right from the service technician, adviser, supervisor, manager, MD, and not even the company called TVS are bothered about after sales concerns of the customers. I might have missed your call once, but not forever I miss it. I atleast expect a call from the company and make me feel that someone is responding. But you failed miserably. We own three TVS jupiters at home. I forced them to but it as its a very good two wheeler. But I wish they should not visit TVS service center as they would blame me. I wish I would get a call from your team atleast now so that I respect an addressal of my concern. Please respond or this might end up in consumer court going forward.

                              TVS Motor Company — battery problems in tvs apache rtr 200r

                              I went for my office work on in Jan for about 7 days. When i came back, the bike didn't start. I got it jump started with a local mechanic with another battery. I rode it for another 10 days or so without any issues. But after that, one morning again the bike didn't start, but i was able to push start it. Since, that day, i had to push start it everyday. I approached Shelar TVS (Parvati, Pune) as its near my house to get the battery charged. Even after charging the battery, from next day onward, again the same problem started.(That time my bike was under warranty)

                              Afrer arrving same problem i choose to show at different showroom nearest to my office so I went to Rishika TVS (The place near to my office) and they again said that its a battery problem, which will be fixed after charging full day. They said that they will replace the battery if the issue happens again.
                              (They dont have any professional personal who can understand bike problem so i decided to leaves this showroom and come to shelar TVS (I dont have any other choise )

                              So i went Shelar TVS As they had instructed, i went again that day. Again they wasted one full day charging the battery, which had proved useless. I refused to leave until they fixed the bike.They told me we will do replacement of battery, but till date no battery has been replaced but on company record they are showing we have changed your battery

                              I demand a new battery as soon as possible from TVS motors.
                              because my problem was start from first servicing (Please give training to them who are supposed to be repair our bikes)

                              I had problem of of Charging issue of battery with my Apache 200r problem is with battery charging unit which called RR after travelling bike by battery couldn't charge it will get exhaust and low battery indicator showing on display and engine become off in certain time...

                              Shelar TVS dont that spare parts of bike...

                              I have given my bike to Shelar TVS Sinahagad road branch on 8 th June 2019 to them till date 12 June 2019 problem not get resolved...even they don't understood where is exact problem they are doing trial and testing basis...

                              TVS motors take action over that and improve services in Pune area...

                              I will wait next 2 days else i will put serious(Legal) action on services...

                              Shelar TVS told me we have to replace your bike RR unit and CDI

                              That both parts are not available in Pune they said it will take 4-5 days...

                              Even after arriving those parts they dont have guarantee to repair problem 100 %

                              wasting my days only...TVS company Please call me

                                I bought Tvs jupiter in april 2019, since a very first day we are facing self start issue earlier. I have to do 10 to 12 self start trias, but didn't start Tvs jupiter then I would like to start my Jupiter via kick and also 14 to 15 kick, I have to do it 8 to 9 times a day!

                                when I asked for this issue with the concern person of showroom, as always he started, Its new vehicle, it happens, by first service it will be all right, Trust us! but then also it's still doesn't self start. After spending INR 63, 000/- this is the things that we are getting as customer! Arguments and rude answers.

                                I strongly feel that I am cheated professionally. For all other customers, Don't purchase Tvs jupiter ! It is not a good vehicle, and the poor service's by service center. My first & second service It was a bad service for me only they did polish and clean the vehicle didn't solve my problems.

                                Don't buy Tvs jupiter. It is a bad vehicle

                                    My bike name is Appache 160 ...on my 5th service the service is not done properly and the workers are not listening after the 5th service of my vehicle I have paid the amount of service and after that I noticed that the petrol sensor is not working and then I came back to the service center with the problem they were saying that the sensor Will come after 3 days and now it is 10.to15 days are over and they have not sovled the problem yet...look on this matter and I am very upset with this problem because my new bike is not showing the petrol and the time on which I am giving my Appache in the center for service it was in a fine condition...

                                      I was planning to buy Apache 160 4v and visited to TVS showroom Burari, but there was no AC I was feeling so hot and not able to stand there even a single minute. Like me there was so many customers there who go back from showroom. This was not expected from TVS. It's a humble request to TVS please provide AC at showroom so customer can talk in comfortable way. As you all know how much temperature in Delhi. So please think about it

                                        Hi, I am Amiya Kumar Tripathy. Brought a new TVS Grande on 2nd April from showroom. Now I have completed 3500 running with 2 free service done. The 2 ND service was on[protected]. (note- while servicing was done I complained about my mileage issues which comes round 36 to 38 km per liter, which is same till now no rectification to that. Secondly the bike start automatically stop in between the road whenever bike get slow, it may be in traffic, or humps or near any turning, which was somehow rectified. Meanwhile Bhubaneswar, Kalpana showroom technician and one of executive informed me that there is problem with compressior and they have ordered a new part which will be fitted in next 15 day.
                                        Now qs comes,
                                        How come a new vechile which is bought jst 2month ago have Compressors problem?
                                        And now, yesterday (I. E. 7th June 2019, after 6 days of 2nd servicing, while I was returning from cuttack to Bbsr, on the mid of the road the bike automatically stop down and bike did start after that. After sever kick, there was huge sound and I have to walk down with my bike to a near by garage to Check if any problem. Mean while I gave a all to Bhubaneswar, Kalpana TVS show room person they said me to bring the bike to show room, after a several call and waiting for more that 3hrs, TVS Rsa person came and pick my bike to showroom a handover slip to me. When asked to them, the reply was its jst a minor problem, will take to showroom, open the bike and check as the kick start or self start is accepting by bike, may have some compressor problem or engine valve problem or some other issue.

                                        I have a question now, When people like us buy a bike for our use and within 2 months and after 2nd service there is thus type of problem, How can someone be reliable to buy TSV motor bike and how can I trust these service also have open my engine and may have done some small 3and they will handover to me and in comimg future it will again show problem? I am going to be suffering for all the time and have to pay for this perticual defective piece of bike which has been give by TVS Showroom rest of my time.

                                        Seriously this a big issues. Need to be looked very seriously. I hope TVS company will focus to this or else I have look for further step. New products (Grande bike - frame no - MD626EG49K1C06911 & Engine no - DG4CK1703148) is a money waste product and I recommend now to buy anymore bike from TVS.
