I had transferred rs.9700 (Date 13/7/2017) from my account through union bank of india internet banking (A/c no [protected]). The transaction failed but the money was debited from my account. I had filed a complaint, the complaint number is:[protected] and the resolution date was 13/7/2017. But the issue has not been resolved, the amount is not credited to my account yet. Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I am Sangareswari . I got loan for 5lakhs. Loan A/C no is [protected]. Now i could not able to pay 19000/-Rs every month. it is possible to change the balance amount into small loan that means reloan. it will help me to pay without burden. if it is possible means what are the procedure should i follow.
