I had tried to make a transaction from an ATM in Varanasi UP on 14 April 2017. I have been trying to contact the customer care since then but they don't respond.
The transaction amount was 2000 which was made twice and the cash didn't dispense even once but my account was debited twice. I need to contact the Bank as early as possible.

I did transaction through upi android app, and it was debited 21st april 2017 (Friday) 05:52 pm. But not credited the money to my other sbi account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even i talked to call center people. They told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
