Sir, i have been asking for personnel loan at ubi singjamei brance imphal, manipur the DDO has already sing on[protected] yet i the branch manager is not respond to take loan form duly sign by our ddo. it was very surprise to say that he is not responsible for this act. not only this i haven't got my bank passbook yet. they say that printer was out of service. is that funny. such a big bank can't fulfill the easiest but valuable requirement...
