non remittance of pension since june 2017

I dipali mitra am drawing montly pension through ubi gorabazar dum dum cantt branch vide ppo no: wb/cal/92906 and account no:[protected]. Since june 2017 my pension is not being remitted. On asking the concerned branch manager he is unable to offer a suitable reply. They also failed to provide any superior authority for redressal of my complaint. unwanted debit from account during internet banking

problem in login e - banking

amount debited

I went to pay my sbi credit card bill payment (22.12.2017) through "ubi internet banking", but the transaction failed. Bill has not been paid whereas my bank a/c no[protected] with united bank of india habra branch has been debited by the bill amount of rs. 2000/- which is intimated by the bank through sms. I want refund of the amount to my a/c as early as possible... Or make the payment.
My payment date is 25/12/2017...

prepaid mobile recharge

Have tried to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile today (23.12.17) through their online portal, but recharging failed due to connectivity problem. But my bank a/c no[[protected]] with the united bank of india, shyamnagar branch has been debited by the recharge amount of rs. 100/-. Transaction particulars airtel/[[protected]]. I want the refund of the amount to my account as early as possible.

bsnl land bill payment transaction failed but a/c debited

atm failed transaction

The transaction shows declined bt i got a massage from ubi that my account was debited by 200 rupees. Then i withdrawal another 200 rupees time 18.23.

doubt regarding pension credited.

At the time of retirement i, rama mahato have pension account in ubi, ichapur branch, got promoted n my basic pension has increased as per railway letter. Inspire of my revision of pension only rs.191.00 has increase in my gross pension compared to the month without revision of pension.
