[Resolved] Urban Company — Appliance damaged while home cleaning service

Home cleaning service worth 8000 was booked for 29/08/2022. Professional left cleaning disc unmanned which crashed into our expensive SONY TV, the repair of the same is costing a whopping 60000! On top of this, UC is not working on complaint or has sent a confirmation or progress report of my complaint. Shabby service, damaged appliance and no customer grievance redressal. Sep 01, 2022 Updated by Abbarua Four days since the damage, no one has reached out from URBAN COMPANY for resolving the issue. Not even so much as an apology mail. They do not have a working Mail ID, they do not have a customer care number. How are they being allowed to function without these pre-requisites as service delivery company is beyond me. Their professionals could have murdered a customer and they still would give no response. Shameful!
