I have purchased on urbanic.com on 27 nov 2021 from [protected]@gmail.com
and my order is[protected].
I have sent mail for the same and lots of messages on Urbanic chat application.
But no one replies to me. My order is a prepayment order of almost 2500.
Please do something for me.

      On 18 November 2021 I had placed an order for 2 dresses with Urbanic.com and pre-paid for it. The website confirmed the order and generated an order number, with deliver promised between 28 November and 2 December 2021. A few days later, I tried to track the order, but the web page kept asking me to download their app, something I was not willing to do. I Googled a Customer Care number for the company and when I called them, the person insisted that I download the app from Google Play Store, without which he wouldn't entertain my call. I gave in and tried to download the app but Google Play Store had no such app. I called back the Customer Care and the person told me to give him remote access to my computer - something highly suspicious and unheard of, which I firmly refused.
      On 1st December, one of the dresses was delivered. The delivery person told me that it's quite common for the order to arrive in instalments. However, the Urbanic.com web page is showing both dresses as delivered (Screenshot attached). I sent a mail to [protected]@urbanic.com on 4th December, but have yet to hear back from them.

      This is a follow-up on my complaint about urbanic.com. I had placed an order for 2 dresses. On 1st December, Plus Size Ruffle A-Line dress in green colour was delivered, but the other dress (Plus Size Belted Tunic Dress) was not. Their website shows this item to have been cancelled, though not done by me. Nevertheless, I would settle for a refund, which was promised to me within 3-5 working days. It's been 12 days since the delivery was made, but I'm still awaiting my refund. Please help me to ask for immediate action to reverse the charges on the Credit Card through which the payment was made.
      I am reading a lot of complaints about non-refund from this company. I hope I will not have to join that chorus.

      Today I received an email from [protected]@urbanic.com informing me that they have refunded the money by crediting it to my bank account. They are lying, because I made the payment through my credit card and never shared my bank account details with the. How did they credit amount in a bank account that they have no information about? What's even more fishy is that they are asking for my bank statement! I would like everyone to beware of this company and never have any dealings with them.

      "Our customer support has indicated that your concern has been Resolved. We hope we were able to answer all your questions and help resolve your concern. If you believe that your concern has not been resolved yet, please reply to this email to automatically reopen the ticket. If there is no response from you, we will assume that the ticket has been resolved and the ticket will be automatically closed after 48 hours."
      I reverted to them on 22 December, "Your Customer support is lying through their teeth. I have received no reversal of charges on my credit card. You people are coming across as frauds and cheats. If you really and genuinely do not want to be seen as such, I would urge you to take immediate action and reverse the charges on my credit card."
      There has been no response from them. Today again, I have sent them an email to follow up.
      Urbanic.com is a total fraud and no one should get conned by them.

        Refund processed at 25 Nov. But I didn't get the money so I asked customer care service about it, they told me to wait 7 to 10 days for money to reflect in account. It's Dec 5, 10 days have passed yet no money transferred to my account, when I ask customer service they are still telling me to wait 7 to 10 days.

          I placed my order on 18 November 2021 with urbanic. The order still haven’t shipped. It’s already been 17days since I placed my order. According to the order shipment. I was supposed to get my order by 3 December 2021 but there’s no update on my percel. I have prepaid my order, so it’s really sad to see that this is their customer care. Please send me my tracking details. I really hope I get my percel

              My order was expected to delivered around 26-30 November but it got delayed. It finally shipped on 30th November and started showing estimated date 3rd dec but it still didn’t got delivered. Today is 4th dec and there is still no update. Please deliver my order fast.

                I had placed my order on 18th Nov and it was supposed to be delivered between 28 Nov-2 Dec. On 23rd Nov I got a notification that it's processing and there's been no update since then which means it isn't out for delivery yet and it is 2nd Dec already.

                  Always showing processing order. And when asking about dispatch date in live chat, they say products come from overseas and takes time to come to INDIA. now they also blocked me from Live chat and thus I can't contact them.

                      I placed an order a month ago for 2 items out of which one item was delivered and one item i cancelled it and i paid the amount through online mode.. I keep on asking for the refund but i have not received it till now its been month.. They keep on answering on mails and saying that they have sent the refund from their side but how can they send bcz they didn’t even asked me for my bank details.. This is totally fraud i request you to please solve my issue..

                        Two garments were delivered from Urbanic on 21st oct 2021. I sent the return request on 28th oct. Since then my return requests are not entertained. People sitting at customer service take my customer details every alternate day and tell me that they will investigate the case. Investigating team is working on it n they need some more time. Today I m told that they will not take it back since the time has exceeded its limited time period of 10 days. Pls help me return those two garments and refund the money.

                          I have orders 2 prices bra with size 34/70 but it will not fitted me so want to return it, they said they don't have return policy on this and even they cannot exchange .what kind of service is this
                          Totally waste of money.

                                I had ordered items from Urbanic on 13th Nov and while placing the order it assured a delivery by 24th Nov. It's been more than 10 days now and its still in processing! I have to fly out of the country with those packages as a gift for someone in 2 days (still haven't got them). The customer service live chat too wasn't helpful with my concerns. Hate to say this but I had expectations from this app and feel really disappointed about my choice.

                                  I've ordered 3 jeans from Urbanic but received only 2. I've raised this issue over their customer support, sent mails and continuously following up with them but they are not responding at all. It's been a long time now.
                                  Never expected this from a brand like Urbanic.
                                  I regret shopping from them.

                                    It is my first purchase from urbanic. My concern is why ky order is not shipped yet even after ordering it on 18th nov. its almost about 8 days, i am fed up with their customer care support service. they take almost one day to reply
                                    i feel trusting Urbanic is a blunder of my life. I wanted my products early for a occassion and it is not even shipped yet.Disappointed!!

                                      I ordered a cropped t-shirt on 20th November at 17:39, and it says it was delivered on nov 21st at 00:48. and my order says I've rejected it. 1st I did not even receive my package and why would I reject something if I've paid the money for it?
                                      2ndly who even delivers a package at 12 in the night. I'm extremely disappointed with your service.
                                      I either need a refund for my order or deliver my package.
                                      this is not done. Extremely disappointing.

                                        I had ordered a leather jacket on 10th October. It was delivered on 25th October and I applied to return it on the same day since I wasn't satisfied with the material. They picked it up on 26th and it shows the refund is processed but it hasn't reached my account yet. I've been trying to reach them but in vain. The amount deducted from my account is 1111 and I haven't received it yet.. today is 23rd November. Very disappointed with the service. Kindly do the needful.

                                        Today is December 5th, 2021 and they still haven't bothered to resolve the issue. Horrible service. Very disappointing. Will never order from Urbanic here after.
