I have place an order for a dress on urbanic on 11 september 2021. It was delivered to me oon 26 september 2021. It had 10 days return policy. So, due to fitting issues, I requested it for return on 4th october(within 10 days). Now today it's 21 November, and still they are not refunding my money. From october, they just keep saying please give us some time, or please wait for 24-48 hours. Now november is also about to end and still they have not returned my money.
They always say when pickup man will pick up the product, we will refund. If the pickup man can not come for return pickup, then why did they send him for delivery.
It's not only me, many people are facimg same issue after purchasing from them.
